Thank you, Professor Elias Hanna. May I ask if there is any evidence supporting the discontinuation of SGLT2 inhibitors in patients with heart failure before surgery? Given that SGLT2 inhibitors are currently one of the most widely indicated medications for heart failure with minimal impact on blood pressure, would it be better to continue their use during the perioperative period?
