It will go through the pillar and deal two damage to anyone behind it. Each object in the game has a damage value and a strength value. The damage value of a Ball is 2. it's strength value is the same as a pillar, but you can add one strength by having it be grounded and you can add one strength by having it be moving. If a grounded pillar and a grounded ball slide into each other they would both break, but since in this scenario the pillar is grounded but not moving. The ball has one more strength then the pillar. Therefor it breaks through it and keeps going. This logic applies to all objects in the game. @@Nightcrawler9001 Not a problem, and I realize I never answered your original question. Grounded ball is quite good, but it takes a while to Spawn a ball then ground then straight it. It is useful if your opponent is playing defensive using Pillars; giving you the time to spawn it and then manipulate it. At higher belt's when walls come into play it becomes less useful. However, you can ground any object in the game. If your opponent throws a ball at you. You can use ground to kill it's momentum and it will be a grounded ball in front of you. This is a great time to straight it back at your opponent. More options open up as you progress but that is a good move at yellow belt.
So with Wall most likely yes. With cube, however, uppercut>straight makes the cube tumble quite far. It is not as fast as Straight>Uppercut but far easier to do. With wall you are generally going to want to either just straight it at close range. Straight>Kick it as medium range. Use hold for longer ranges, or do Uppercut>Kick>Straight to get around your opponents defenses. Thank you for the question!
@@jaystevenson8846 I played a match with someone (I think it was like dulley777) and he taught me a Combo. You summon two walls, and when the op wall is going up you straight it. Really fun. So it’s like Wall>wall>straight, But with specific timing
Keep ‘em coming man these videos are awesome
Thank you for the comment! I have at least two more combo videos planned.
how good is ball > ground > straight. I just hit yellow belt and I saw it can break through pillars. not sure if it deals damage after though 🤔

@@jaystevenson8846 Thanks, that was actually extremely helpful! The image is a good reference too. I'll keep that all in mind when I'm in the arena

I keep trying to do wall>uppercut>straight but it just isn’t better than just doing wall>straight

@@ConnorSemp That is a combo called Tumble. It is a good beginner combo. But Hop, Straight>Kick replaces it rather effectively.
