lm's sprints and big blocks 3 of the bad ass classes in dirt racing would be so cool if they did a full tour all together especially the big blocks going out west with the outlaws give the rest of the country what we do up here in the north east
nice idea but it would never work for the big blocks to tour all around the country. first of all there is probably no more than half a dozen teams who could afford to do it. secondly there are no other big blocks outside of the northeast who could help to make up the fields of cars at these local tracks far across the country. as it is the LM's and sprints only have about 8 - 10 guys that follow their whole tour but those divisions can be found all across the country. local racers make up much of the fields when the tour guys come to town.
hell ya! late models time trial around 110mph here. the sprints do about 140mph! I think Volusia provides some of the best racing too... always seem to be lots of back and forth changes for the lead rather than someone on the front row driving away with it...
One week from tomorrow these guys will be at I-55, can't wait.
