How clean a shop and equipment are maintained, it is a good indicator of the quality of the product(s) produced - regardless of where the factory is located.
As an American, I simply find it refreshing to see young able bodied men actually working, instead of robbing liquor stores, selling drugs, and filing for disability.
It's a trick of the matrix. Relativism. Same is done when it comes to freedom. You don't feel free in your country? There are worse places! Just leave, if you don't like it here...
I like how the cutter machine throws shards of plastic into the workers faces if only there was some sort of invention they could wear to protect there eyes
recycling often requires so much water and electricity that it almost negates the process. What we need to do, instead of making more plastic items that will eventually end up in landfill again, it could be turned to something more useful like components for housing structures for homeless. Bricks etc. Or we could just stop making plastic things altogether.
For these poor countries, all can say is that karma is coming for the rich people as well 🎉🎉🎉, while these poor people are slaving away every for afew cents per day, 😢😢😢
@@mikeraphone6745 plastic blends of recycled plastic used to make products are so unpredictable when it comes to durability and lfie cycle. I have built cycle/stress loading test machines for mop buckets to test the effects of going from virgin plastic to recycled plastic and the results are very different for sure. The next step was to try a blend of recycled plastic mixed with virgin plastic. The results are better but still you can't get the exceptional quality of 100% virgin plastic products. Obviously, everyone is trying to keep costs down so that is why making eveything out of 100% recycled materials has become so commonplace. But, for products that need structural integrity like a mop wringer or even the bucket itself the testing proves that NOT everything should be made from recycled materials.
Unfortunately, if someone gets hurt they go to the hospital or worse. Then the next person is brought in to continue the production. Industry cares about no one , just money. Sad but true.
They did. In the beginning of the industrial revolution, things were not so well developed and automated like today. Working conditions were very poor and many died in industrial accidents. But, the US evolved it's manufacturing technology to decrease harm to workers, increase production numbers and quality. Reduced the amount of air pollution and the harmful working environment for workers. There was a lot of investments to make all this happen. In less developed countries these improvements have not been adopted due to the huge costs to do so. We lost many workers when the skyscrapers were first being built due to very poor safety rules and regulations. Over time the famous OSHA Standards were created and made into law to require companies to assure they are implementing safety practices to reduce deaths and health problems. These developing countries have not implemented OSHA Standards for the most part from my trips to China and Central America.
Based on all the post injection shaving of flashing that mold is probably very old and worn out. I well maintained and newer mold would not have so much flashing.

What a joy to be able to work in all that filth. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Protect these workers… they are such gorgeous men.
Those grinder teeth and the mold cavities are taking a real beating from all the sand and dirt included in the plastic!
Это видео нужно смотреть всем кто думает что они плохо живут.
Сразу мир начинает играть новыми красками, и понимаешь что у тебя не всё так плохо.
We were thinking at that time. ☺️

I'm seriously surprised they haven't disabled the safety interlock on that injector door so they don't have to open and close it.
So this is why my buckets don't last longer than a week?
Get some stainless buckets, they last forever.
Was made in Pakistan or China 😂
Yes.
That people eating machine scares me!😢
I’m pleased the guy loading the crushing machine is wearing safety flip flops 🩴!!!!!!!
As usual! I strictly recommend you video of Pakistani paper recycling 😂
If you look closely its says in bold letters OSHA approved steel toed flip flops on the side
Do they even know what safety gear is?
No safety there, because they have a lot more dome people who will take the job

Plastic recycled in this way usually breaks down quickly and is unreliable.
so what? it's probably a 20 cent bucket
Sounds like a few people I've known
They will be recycled again, then.
Yes especially when it's all kinds of different plastic mixed together.

Two different plastic material video are adding together to gain views on video. Plastic grinding is of HDPE and granules/bucket making of PP.
The best ones are where they grind up polyethylene bags to miraculously make PVC drain pipes.

True, safety is first. they should care theirself.

Эти вёдра такого качества, что в них даже срать страшно!
Half the buckets have missing parts where the moulding wasn't completed

Local economy of recycling and production thats the good thing. But seeing that plastic float in water now I can feel the microplastics in my balls.
Hahahahaha!
