Very nicely put together without all the fluff. Thank you for that and thank you for sharing how to contain and tie up the blackberry bushes, for I was searching videos for this very answer, nice work!
That was short, simple & detailed. Thank you!!!
Thank you!!!!
Same
I enjoyed your video. How much would some triple crown thornless?
They are $32 shipped for 3 at saltyacresnc.com
Old man sounds 4:20 (ain't going no where sound)
Great video, nice stuff!
I’m in holly springs nc and we have clay soil..will blackberries grow in clay??
Blackberries can grow in anything…just need mulch beds to help promote them. If you want any blackberry bushes. Email me
Do you need 2 poles for each end of the trellis or could you use just one pole since the branches are tied to the cable anyway?
U might can get away with just one
Question
Will one plant grow ?
Can you plant blackberry and raspberry together?
You can but I don’t recommend…one will have thorns the other won’t
@@saltyacresnc thanks
I bought a potted blackberry bush from lowes planted it and 1 year later its over 10 feet tall. What do i do with this long stem?
It has berries producing at the bottom but nowhere else. Its leaned up and taking over the corner of my deck. I thought this would bush out, not grow tall. I wouldve put it somewhere else if i knew. Any tips?
Sounds doable
Thank you for sharing 😁🎉
I subscribed to your channel 🙏
Thank you!
@@saltyacresnc You're welcome 😁
One more question though, how tall do you let yours grow before trimming back to create more shoots? Just learning so excuse my terminology.
U put the pot and the plant into the ground!?? I’ve got six stalks in a potter I’m wanting to put these plants into the ground it’s been three years and no berries. Help me what am I doing wrong I feed them with miracle grow once a week
😂😂😂
I’m learning so much from you!
I'm so glad!
Do they come back on their own every year?
YUP they do I live in a zone 5 planting zone.
Yes
Great video, just what I needed to see at this moment as about to plant some bushes [in the UK].
Really shouldn't use wood mulch with dyes in it like the black you used
What time of year is best to plant them? I’m guessing I’m too late in Southeast Arkansas…
Ur not too late! I planted mine all throughout the year and never had any problems.
Where did you get the poles? Thank you
Tractor supply or maybe even Lowe’s
4:21 its two consecutive moans that did it for me
Can you plant just one bush or do you need multiple?
One is fine but it will eventually try to multiply and you will need a bigger area for it
If I plant my blackberries close to my raspberries will they cross?
@@saltyacresnc Thank you.
what height t post should I get?
You must be the angela from instagram! 5 ft tall to 5.5 ft tall
