As requested, here is a video of the Sphero R2-Q5 highlighting the motions & sounds. Filmed on iPhone X.
My main problem with these guys is longevity, I feel like they'll close down the app in a few years and you just can't use it anymore. I wish they included a controller with it and that had basic movements along side a sound button that gives a random sound or you can preset it somehow, considering the super high price these went for originally I don't think it's too much to ask. If I can find one for around $55-60 and under I'll likely pick it up just because of how cool they look in general

They need to make them able to vacuum the house and make a cuppa joe! If you are particularly geared up, you could also just mount one on top of a Roomba.

That’s pretty cool! These are Sphero Products right? I only asked because I am a voiceover user on iOS and none of the apps are accessible to me. My screen reader comes on and just clicks and doesn’t tell me anything. Glad everyone else is enjoying them though!

how do I get it to connect without the app because the app is not showing on the app store
You would have to have downloaded it before they took it off the store. I can’t find it anywhere but the iOS App Store will let me redownload it.

If you have more than one droid they may interact with each other if you put them together close enough

Jynxie Rose I updated all four. Now they all chat with each other when I’m not using the Droid app. It’s hysterical
