I have sink area, pantry, microwave unit and Fridge on one side and hob and cabinets on other side. As AC is above fridge and ceiling ht is around 8'2" Only , shifted fridge on hob side. How can we utilize the area wherfridge was placed so that aesthetics not compromised. Platform on both sides and two tall units in centre won't look good

I have taken quotes from many places for PoP false ceiling. Not one person has quoted less than 110 per square feet. Material is of brand shakrini. I am talking about Noida. So your estimate of 60-70 psqft sounds unreal. Also 100per square feet for PVC, can you provide some vendors who offer at this rate?
Rates differ from place to place.. in central india rates are lower and in metros and north india it is more.. so in noida 100/sqft is average you will get

In Andhra you get way cheaper may be 50% cheaper than Noida
In Andra Pradesh 45/- to 50/- per sqft.
