PRECEDE PROCEED Model for Health Promotion
Вставка
- Опубліковано 14 вер 2020
- The PRECEDE PROCEED is a logic model that can help us design health promotion initiatives that involve the community we are trying to support. A key concept is that we engage with our community and figure out what THEY want given what quality of life issues are relevant to them. We then work backwords from there to figure out what predisposing, reinforcing and enabling factors are associated with the behaviours that are affecting or that could affect their quality. Once we have designed an intervention that is based on their needs and is politically, logistically, and environmentally feasible, we run the intervention and evaluate, evaluate, evaluate!

Gathering data about quality-of-life issues that may be related to a health problem is connected to which of
the following:
A. Social Assessment
B. Educational and Ecological Assessment
C. Behavioral and Environmental Assessment
D. Epidemiological Assessment
E. Health services quality assessment
I think choose A is the answer
As i noted on the instagram message you sent, I have strict boundaries on providing answers to these types of questions.
Please consult whoever is your teacher/guide

thank you! 🙏🏻
thank youu
You are quite welcome! :)
Does the Precede Proceed Model consist of 8 phases, not 9? I can't find where it says in the literature that it has 9 phases. What I am finding is, Precede - Phase 1 social assessment, Phase 2 epidemiological assessment, Phase 3 educational/ecological assessment, Phase 4 administrative/policy assessment and intervention planning. Proceed - Phase 5 implementation, Phase 6 process evaluation, Phase 7 impact evaluation, and Phase 8 performance evaluation
Sometimes phase 2 is broken down into two separate phases - giving 9 total.
The PRECEDE PROCEED is a logic framework
Indeed
Thank you
