Hi Dr Woodall, I am writing an essay on cervical screening as health promotion, am I right in thinking that the info leaflet posted out to women is classed as a topdown approach (legislative action) and a nurse verbally giving info to a patient will also be a top-down approach (health persuasion ) Thanks Sophie

I see HP models as aiding conceptual thought and the HP approach described by Naidoo & Wills being more about execution of practice

I have chose the topic of diabetic foot care, as this is more management of a condition than prevention I felt that it fell in Tannahills model well because of the educational aspect. would you mind recommending a model you think would best fit? thankyou.
