    For some people like myself - Micro Nutrients are the cause. To add to this, remember that just because you buy and eat lots of fruits and vegetables it doesn't mean they will automatically provide those sources even though known for it typically. The way most food is produced means many fruits and vegetables do not provide what you need even though they have the potential to do so. Try to source your foods (including meats that the animals had a healthy diet), from farms that grow the produce to maximize the nutrient densities of those foods.

      @@lucidity_world The only thing I can think of is to personally do some research on farming methods that seem to yield the best produce, then maybe do things like going to 'farmers' markets and talk to farmers to find out what they do? For a bigger picture view of potential I think you might enjoy watching a documentary(it's not a boring one, but follows a 'true' story) - It's called 'The Biggest Little Farm' The take away for me is how so many things can be inter-dependent and synergistic with each other.

      There are many good Ayurvedic oils for hair growth. Amla taken internally in any form, in moderation, is also good. Bending or upside down yoga asanas can also help, but make sure to do them exactly right, and strictly observe the contra-indications.

      @@madhukarkumar9244 Any Ayurvedic oil which has coconut oil as the base and includes herbs good for hair, like amla, bhringaraj, neem, etc., should be good for hair growth. A specific one I know is Neelibhringadi hair oil. I think Arya Vaidya Shala company sells it.I will try to remember other specific names and if so will post here. Another important part is to massage the head well after applying the oil, not just put and leave it. Massage improves circulation which improves hair growth and nourishment.

    Magical solution for calf muscle cramp release is, keep the other leg above the cramped leg, in lying position, press with heals to front of cramped leg. Press the cramped leg in opposite to heals. This releases the cramp instantly.

    Get some sunlight on your exposed skin...we dont get enough of sunlight due to life style these days...I find it excellent preventive method for cramps.

    Namaskar Madam. My self Narender, i am from Hyderabad.
    Mam i am suffering stomach cramps from last two years. When i am getting cramps my chest, stomach, and my abdominal area becoming tight and it's pulling inside.
    While getting cramps i am taking 2 to 3 litres of water, then only cramps are relieving.
    I have taken 8 to 9 medical opinions, but no result.
    Please give me a solution for me to come out the problem.

    Respected Madam I honestly follow your suvgestions do exs.massages to keep me well as well as other members of myfamily and friends. Now I have got an question on night thirst after 3 am almost on all nights. I am a heart patient with stent in heart (R)Rac and blood sugar level is 120 to 140 fasting and PP 105 to 140 on an averave. My request is suggest me any Yogic/Homeopathic solutions although I am to take several allopathic medicines. Usually I eat shyama rice with dal and curry. It is taken at 9 pm 9.30 pm and go to bed at 10.30 usually. Sometimes I practice Khechari mudra for a solution to this. Be kind and suggest a way out..TU.

    I get like cramps in my stomach early morning 2 or 3 am and it stops when I wake up. If I sleep right my heart pump.
