Pls....can anybody helps me with the Chief Priest number. Someone has owed me for over 5yrs...and he refused to pay. He gave me a job to do, l went and borrowed money on interests and used the money to do his job, after finishing the job.... this man refused to pay me....he is still owing me closed to N5m. I cannot arrest him, because he knows police . I am tired of him.
