When i first played this game I gave Vito everything. He’s been my man since mafia II. Joe also had his own DLC in mafia II.

Hollow, if you do the Vito side mission “I need a favor” Vito believes Joe was killed and he sends Lincoln after the people he thinks are responsible. As we know that isn’t true. If they did Mafia 4 it could explain what exactly happened to Joe and who was killed in his place for Joe to be allowed to live. So there is plenty of story they could do with Joe in between Mafia 2 and Mafia 3.

These dlcs restored my faith in Hangar 13. If the higher ups let them be, they know how to make a good game.
You should play: [ Scarface The World Is Yours ] or [ The Godfather: The Game ] 2 of the best story games
in my opinion. Both is from 2006 but if you play them on pc isn't the graphic bad.

You should do the Sign of The Times DLC. You get the rebuild Sammy's bar once you complete it.
Really no point in giving all the districts to Vito, you don’t get anything. And the end cutscene is there regardless. Also, they confirmed on Twitter that it is indeed Joe at the ending cutscene driving Leo.
He already finished the main story so there's not really a point in trying to tell him, and who cares? let him pick his own choices

Mafia 4 should pick up as joe and this is what I think should happen
After working for Leo galante for years, when joe saw Lincoln, he remembers that’s his son so he stays in new Bordeaux and try’s to find him after the encounter but during that he runs into Vito and works for him but since he leave leo galante, Leo try’s to find and kill joe but him Vito and Lincoln team up to take him down and create their own family with Vito being the don. The rest can be a lot of things but there needs to be death of character for added emotion.

You should do all of Vito’s side missions. They’re the only side missions in the game that I found interesting. It shows you what Vito thinks happened to Joe.
You unlock that assault rifle under automatic weapons and you can buy it from the truck wear you get your weapons.
I'm inspired to get some DLC and replay this game. I loved it the first time.

16:37 that’s kind of funny to me because the main character of the game it just came out of Vietnam and the gun that he’s just picking up is an M-16 that’s so weird how they never used it in the main story the main story only had basically a Thompson which is a World War II gun and also like a 1940s gun and this is probably maybe 60s 70s I have no idea but it just seems silly that this is the first time that you use an M-16
You can’t get the M-16 unless you give a certain amount of districts to Burke but since Hollow gave it all to Vito he never got the chance to use it
