How many more times did you have to go to the bathroom with all the water? That is the one thing when I increase my water intake, have to account for that haha.

Hi I was watching another video of yours about apartment units on the roof. I can't find any info on this anywhere. Do I have to have a specific type of company come since my unit is on the roof or can any service get up there? Also if any company will do it how do I go about telling them it's on the roof so maybe they know they need to bring a ladder or something? I'm so confused.
I used to wear my Fitbit at work everyday & never once had less than 10k steps. You don't even realize how many steps you take a day until you track them & it's all cool information to see. Gotta take care of yourself cuz nobody else will! Now that the holidays are past I have to get motivated to lose the 8-10 lbs I gain every year during the holidays. Like you said with getting older & taking better care of yourself is key. Counting your steps & drinking plenty of water is a great place to start & good motivation. Keep doing you bro 🛠️👍
