Jeep WJ Whistling Noise

At idle, this Jeep WJ makes a loud noise that sounds like a hydraulic issue with the transmission. Turns out to be a simple and cheap fix!

Does it get louder when you accelerate??

No, constant whistle. Does not change under driving conditions except maybe going away (or at least can't be heard) when flooring the pedal. This is likely due to fuel flow through the regulator changing enough to alter the tone to inaudible
