@@Dr.RatioSnail yeah all of the things that you said you know you don’t actually know. How could you possibly generalize all carnivores when you’ve certainly eaten very few. if this truly is the last unraveled. Brian’s work is finally finished. The curse God had placed on him has finally been lifted. Now that Brian has learned from his hubris he can finally rest.
All y'all are wrong. He wasn't cursed by satan or possessed by a demon. BDG is in fact a god of chaos or mischief something akin to Loki, or Anansi, or some form of fae. Now was BDG always like this or was he truly once a normal type person as he claims? We may never know. But personally I'm leaning towards always like this.
Oh man, he keeps his Unraveled lore consistent. Calls a cow "Milky Dog" like his Pet HP video; describes this series as "research of things with very little meaning" like his mom said in another... I love all his content. But Unraveled is something I miss deeply.
I can't remember where i first saw this sentiment but i think about it a lot: when fans say that they don't care what you put out and they'd watch whatever as long as it's you and would watch unedited/cut footage, they mean it as a compliment but it can read to the artist like they do not care about the artistry you put into the work, and they are only interested in consuming something about you that you have little to no control over (like personality, voice, looks, etc). When you put the most consumable part of yourself on display and people are still hungry for the scraps you left on the cutting board... how can you ever feel like you did enough?
The truth is, we aren’t asking “what’s the most edible pokemon” were asking to see Brian create beautiful videos about the video game culture we all care about. It was never about the answers. It was about you, and this community you’ve created
The question would've gone from "Which is the best Pokémon to eat" to "Which is the best Pokémon to eat out". I'd say he abandoned ship at exactly the right moment.
this really feels like a teacher lecturing his students on why he's so upset with their questions, only to accidentally segue into a cry session where literally every student is sobbing over how they made their favorite teacher sad
"Unraveled has never been about proving the answer to surreal questions. It's actually been the opposite" And that is why it was better than Game Theory. Goodnight, sweet prince.
Rest In Peace our fellow friend Though I wouldn’t say he’s better than game theory in that sense; I would say that he has a similar message as matpat does, they both want to almost inspire people to learn and have fun researching things I will say though that Unraveled brought me a joy that game theory hasn’t done to quite an extent, be it because of the different acting, or type of problem they tackles and how they tackle it; This has been a journey that I wouldn’t forget
@@theinsaneshowman2045 Except that MatPat blows up when you tell him he got something wrong and he gets things wrong *a lot.* I used to really like Game Theory, but he became more and more unreasonable and just started disregarding parts of the lore of the games he was making theories of, just to make them fit whatever he wanted his theory to be... also, on GTLive, they called LISA... fucking LISA... undertale 2... oof...
@@silvercandra4275 I don't accompany twitter so I don't think I ever saw MatPat really "blow up" but you can tell there he is really tight against criticism from some of his videos ( I think the recent one about Fnaf is a good example where he tried to use confirmation bias as a motive for some of his theories including the hollow knight one even though he was very insistant in defending it before changing the pinned comment) I think both Unraveled and Game theory while having similar aspects are actually quite different Unraveled tends more towards comedy with learning being a secondary aspect of the show and Game Theory is a lot more complicated to pinpoint since the objective of the show seems to have changed a couple times but deffinetly isn't geared towards comedy as much as Unraveled

Let's be real we don't just want to hear him talk though we very much also want to watch him do things like hold a raw egg in his mouth so that the thick whites hang down his chin. We want him to suffer for us.
@@sweetlorikeet personally that just weirded me out
