    These are excellent hearing aids. I have fit about a dozen pairs of Philips for my patients and everyone loves how they sound..

      Hi Jamal,
      Thank you for your interest in Philips Hearing Solutions.
      We are launching Philips hearing aids in several countries in future depending on local approvals and market situation. Unfortunately, Pakistan is not yet on the list of countries that we are launching in but we are constantly looking into where to launch and make sure that we help people create connections via Philips hearing aids. Please check our website www.hearingsolutions.philips.com for further updates.

    How does the user of a MiniRite TR control the volume?
    What are the functions of the upper button? What are the functions of the lower button?

      Hi Ted,
      Thanks for reaching out. :)
      The Philips HearLink miniRITE T R device can change the volume in various ways:
      - through the two push buttons on the actual hearing device
      - through the Philips HearLink app downloaded through the appropriate app store or;
      - through the HearLink accessories if the patient has one (e.g. AudioClip or Remote Control)
      Pressing the upper button of the hearing device will either make the volume louder or change the program and pressing the lower button may make the volume lower, change the program, activate flight mode or turn the device off/on. Accessing these different functions depends on the how long you press the buttons.
