    Ingredients:
    Regular Rice - 1 Glass
    Water - 3 Glasses
    Oil - 6 Spoons
    Mustard Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
    Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
    Coriander Seeds - 2 Tablespoons
    Green Chilies - 12 (10 For Masala, 2 For Cooking)
    Coriander - Finely Chopped (For Masala And Garnishing)
    Fresh Or Dried Coconut - 2 Tablespoons
    Jaggery - A Small Piece
    Tamarind - Lemon-Sized Piece
    Garlic Cloves - 5
    Raw Peanuts - A Handful
    Curry Leaves - A Few
    Onions - 3 Medium-Sized, Chopped
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
    Salt - To Taste
    Procedure:
    1. Preparing The Masala
    In A Blender, Add 10 Green Chilies, Salt, Jaggery, Tamarind, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Chopped Coriander, Garlic Cloves, And Coconut.
    Blend Everything Into A Fine Paste, Adding A Little Water If Necessary. Keep This Masala Aside.
    2. Roasting The Rice
    Dry Roast 1 Glass Of Rice In A Pan Until It Turns Light Brown.
    Set The Roasted Rice Aside For Later Use.
    3. Cooking The Base
    Heat 6 Spoons Of Oil In A Pressure Cooker.
    Add Mustard Seeds And Let Them Splutter.
    Add A Handful Of Raw Peanuts And Fry Them.
    Add 2 Green Chilies (Cut In Half) And Fry Them Well.
    Now Add 3 Chopped Onions And Fry Until They Turn Golden Brown.
    Toss In A Few Curry Leaves And Add Turmeric Powder. Stir Well To Mix Everything.
    4. Mixing The Masala
    Add The Prepared Masala Paste To The Onion Mixture.
    Cook Everything Together For A Few Minutes Until The Masala Is Well Combined And Cooked.
    5. Adding The Rice And Water
    Add The Roasted Rice To The Pressure Cooker.
    Stir And Mix Everything Together For 2-3 Minutes To Combine The Flavors.
    Pour In 3 Glasses Of Water, Stir Well, And Check For Seasoning. Adjust Salt If Needed.
    6. Pressure Cooking
    Close The Pressure Cooker With Its Lid.
    Cook Until You Get 3 Whistles.
    Turn Off The Heat And Let The Pressure Release Naturally.
    7. Final Touch
    Once The Pressure Is Released, Open The Lid.
    Add Some Freshly Chopped Coriander And Mix Well.
    8. Serving
