I'm grateful for every single video tutorial You have posted here. I started my own drawing journey, I still draw worse things than a small kid and I feel lil bit sad that I can't improve my skills faster :( but everyone know that is taking long time to learn how to draw. I hope to see more amazing videos here on your channel. I will be gratefull for some basic explanations about 3d form or some tips even here in the comment section. Good luck for You and thanks again for everything You do. Sorry for my eng btw :)
Don't give up! It's not a race, it's a marathon! I don't have any plans on basic volume videos right now, but the channels I normally link to (like Jazza and Proko) have amazing videos on that subject, check them out!
Javi - If you actually pull off this new direction; with the obvious intense passion you have; you better plan on gaining a lot more subscribers!
Now; that said; I'm going to offer up a suggestion for you too ponder over. DO NOT WORRY, (like some artist teacher UTuber's do), about making you new videos too long; or not being an every day upload. Obtaining and holding onto new and or current subscribers depends really on video content. That said; it is better to have a lengthy video that is in-depth than one that glosses over a lesson. Those people who really want to learn and or be helped with their drawing skills won't mind sitting thru even a 45 minutes long video. Example: Say you were doing a lesson on drawing the female torso (and say, just the female torso); it is better to draw in the video 10 different poses or more, than say, just 3 poses. Doing just many poses with explanations & tips for doing them, in the varied angles, varied perspectives; is a video, that even if the video was an hour in length, would get better results & be more helpful, especially to beginners & intermediates, than just a 5-7 minute video. (Also if people knew that with you providing very in-depth videos more patronage was needed to do it; you'd automatically secure more patreons, too).
This doesn't mean that every video has to be a lengthy one; simple tricks & or tips can still be just 5-7 minutes long; or if your just announcing a contest.... A varied video & video's length I think works best. Just my opinion. And the above suggestion, is, just a suggestion, to ponder - me; I enjoy your videos; they are great reminders for techniques I've forgotten; and great not just as a learning too, but great ref for draw-alongs too.

Hey! I know exactly what you are talking about and I feel the same way. Last year I was a little obsessed in gaining subscribers and trying to fill the web with content. The consequence of that was that some videos were rushed, or sloppy. This year I am going to take my time, specially because I will be doing a picture book project to show to editors and IT HAS TO BE GOOD. So no rushing this time ;)

Wow, you've used freelancer successfully? Please share your wisdom on this, the site is getting harder and harder to get work from. Do you bid? What is your opinion on contests?
Well not freelancer, that site is a bit of a scam, but I do use Upwork a lot (previously known as Elance). In fact I've been using it since 2010 and I have constantly gotten work from that site. Its not work for editorials, and its not very well paid most of the time, but its realiable. It takes time but once you start getting clients it is pretty steady.
