You can go to the Halio website (watch pages) and enter your email address to me notified of the next windows of availability. It's not easy to get them, but it's definitely worth a try! They're expensive in the grey market, but set some search notifications up in watchrecon.com and ebay. I wear my Halios a lot!
That is a rare watch. I wasn't ready to spend that much on a watch when it released, but I regret it now :P
