It's always a pleasure to see you, Celeste! I love your framed projects and the ornament for your stand! I love to see what you are working on and you have some amazing projects kitted up. Thanks for the author suggestions - it's great to hear about new-to-me authors. Thanks as always and happy stitching!
I love watching your Flosstube and take the time to rewind and listen carefully what you are explaining so I won’t miss a thing. It is a great idea to make the apron string block for a project bag. Love it!
I enjoyed watching your finish parade! I love seeing all your stitching and quilting. We need more quilting tutorials please 🙏. Your ffo’s look amazing 🤩 and the gold frame 🖼️ is perfect. Have a wonderful week and happy stitching 😊🪡🧵🤗🤩
Thank you so much for another fantabulous video! Your style, organization. attention to detail and color sense is right on point. Love your resourcefulness and the way you share your ideas and plans. God bless
A wonderful display of your needlework. Glad you had a wonderful time on your beach vacation. I have several aprons that belonged to my grandmother. Very special.
I love all the different needlework you do! It’s all beautiful. I didn’t wear an apron for so many years, but started to wear one consistently about 20 years ago. I love them.
Celeste...you were full of so much information...loved it all...your apron string bag is beautiful...all my daughters and grandchildren were gifted aprons...all my grandmother's wore aprons too...blessings and best wishes ❤❤
Wow Celeste I love all your beautiful stitching and quilts. Thank you for sharing. I love all your kited choices as well. My Mom and Grandma use to wear aprons in fact I still have some of theirs. My Moms favorite was her Spode apron that matched her Christmas dishes which I use every year since she has gone to heaven. 🧵🪡✂️🧵
Celeste, your videos are always so inspiring to me. I love the variety of projects that you show and they are all so beautiful. It amazes me how much you are able to accomplish as it sounds like you have a very full and busy home life as well. I too enjoy wearing an apron often and even have a couple vintage ones of my Mothers. Happy stitching and creating.
Your apron string project bag is so pretty Celeste! I love everything Lori Holt and just don't have enough hours in the day to get more of her quilts started!! Love all you do :)
I love the fabric you chose on Botanical Bee, it's so beautiful. I really enjoyed your floss closet, what a great idea. My mother always wore an apron, she was a great seamstress and had them in many colors and styles. Thank you for sharing all your beautiful stitching.
Congratulations on 70 floss tubes. I love wearing an apron. I use the apron when I’m sewing, sometimes in the kitchen too. Love all your work! Have a great week!
Great video today! You stitch on projects that suit me to a T. Often, after watching, I am hitting the buy button for an addition to my collection of charts.
You have gotten a lot accomplished. Your framing is very nice. Thank you for encouraging us to finish our projects in a budget friendly way. I like the apron stings block project bag. I don’t wear an apron often, except for maybe cooking a holiday meal, so I do have one hanging in my pantry. I think aprons are pretty and they are fun to make. As always, your stitching is beautiful.
You are always a wealth of information! I loved the ruler to measure your dmc. We don’t need the fancy gadgets and I love frugal shares. I enjoy wearing an apron! My aunts always wore them when cleaning up the kitchen. It’s a fun memory for me.
Hi Celeste! Fabulous video! You are really inspiring! So many great finishes and crafts! I love them all! I do wear an apron if I have my nice clothes on. Not so much now that I am retired- I only dress up on sundays now.😝 My favorite aprons are one I made with Elvis fabric and one I had smocked for my mother that I inherited after her passing. Thanks for sharing! Happy Stitching!
Thank you for showing all of the ways in which you store and organize your floss and crafts. I am always looking for new ideas. Your finishes were amazing. My mom did wear an apron but I don’t. Have a great Memorial weekend.
Celeste, I love all your videos and you are one of my favorite floss tubers on my list. You probably won’t believe this but I still have the same apron that I got when I first got married it’s in a cow print on canvas material and I love it so much and so does my daughter we fight over it every time she comes over and while she was living with us. I’ve had that apron for 38 years and it’s still in really good shape. My daughter tells me she will inherit that apron, 😂😂😂
What a fun episode to watch while stitching ❤ Naturally, I paused several times to see if I could find some things you shared 😮 I never have used an apron, nor did my mother or Grandmother. I’m always too hot while cooking to add another layer 😊 I just keep a towel handy to wipe my hands on. Thanks for sharing everything 😎
Celeste, your finishes are lovely. I am looking forward to the tutorial. I like everything you do. You seem to be able to use your time wisely 😉. You are very talented. I wear an apron sometimes.
So exciting to see your finishes! And all of your plans and kitting--Wow! Newscaster of you, I am a huge fan of Tropical Stitches fabric. It really is lovely to work with. Aprons are always in use in my family. My Grandma Baker lived to 100 and always wore an apron, my mom will be 98 next month and still wears her apron!
This was a jammed packed episode of goodness this week! It was very enjoyable! My four sisters and I went to a cottage up north a few years ago and we production line made an apron for each of us and some of their kids. We shopped together for fabric at a store in town. It was so much fun. They all use theirs but I seldom do. I want to though!
Great video- I watched it in sections as i needed to get some flowers planted in between. I don't wear an apron, mostly because I don't do a lot of cooking. My favorite restaurant in a nearby town is Apron Strings. They have many older aprons strung like pennants on the walls for decoration. I'm amazed at all the projects you have kitted up - but you get so much stitching done. Go, Celeste!
Oh my goodness, such beautiful pieces. And I too collect frames from thrift stores. The ones you have found are gorgeous. And I wear an apron for my mixed media art, but my grandmother always worn apron in the kitchen. I have some precious memories and pictures of her in her kitchen in her apron. Thank you for always sharing such beautiful things. You’re an inspiration!
I always wear an apron when I cook. You have been a busy girl. I love your framed pieces, the HOD Bee stitch and finish and the English paper piecing. Lots of great content. Thank you!
What a lovely project bag that you have made and it is the first time I have heard of an Apron String block. You also have a lot of beautiful stitching still to do!
I love watching your videos and love listening to your relaxing voice my mom used apron every day when she cooked or even when she did any housework I used to wear a apron when I was baking with my kids when they still was little I still have them in my pantry but really not use them anymore.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and stitching projects. I really like your floss storage setup . My sister-law wears an apron when she cooks. I like the look but I forget to wear one. ❤
How fun to see how you organize your floss and have a spread sheet to find it in project bags. I would love to be more organized but feel this is it. I have a hard time keeping my quilt cotton and rug hooking wool separated! I use a denim apron when dyeing wool or linen. Framing your own pieces is definitely great for saving money and using unique frames. Thanks for your inspiration!
Always love when you post. A fav superstar flosstubes in my book! Also saving this episode to rewatch, so much goodness and two of your new starts I have also kitted and Eliza Hills started but your so right my green fabric is just to green and I find myself already subbing flosses. So will order your suggested and stitch along. Yes yes I wear an apron, especially when frying to protect my close from grease pops. My fav are found vintage. I mostly have them with what appears to be either old vintage sheets or pillow cases. I love them so much ❤
You are so calming. I always learn so much on your videos. I am going to end you a mail requesting your floss project inventory. My sweet Momma always wore an apron. I have four of her aprons hanging in my mudroom.
My mom always wore the short apron that ties around the waist. When I started cooking in my 20’s I discovered that I was better suited for the bib style apron so that’s what I use generally. Love all your planned projects. It’s so fun to know that they are kitted up and ready to go on a whim.
Such a fun and informative video. Thank you! I actually do wear an apron quite often and I have a collection of vintage aprons that I absolutely love. Your bags are beautiful.
I just love your framed pieces!!! The frames are just perfect!!! All of your projects are wonderful!!! I quilt and appliqué but have never tried English paper piecing. The framed piece you showed makes me want to start. That was just beautiful!!! Have a great Memorial Day and God bless all.
Always enjoy your videos. I have a large collection of vintage aprons. Part of my collection are everyday aprons and then there are the fancy aprons that were hostess aprons only. Each apron is a work of art. Miriam
Love your floss tube! My mother would wear a cute half apron with her waitress outfit and on her top a hankie with a pin attached. That was around 60-65 years ago!
Neither my mother or my grandmothers wore an apron so I was never around them but I decided to buy a couple to try. Well I have them hanging in my kitchen more for decoration because I never remember to put one on.😂 I get such inspiration from your channel and your projects are so lovely.
Hi Celeste! Love your WIPs and finishes! So pretty! I agree with you that there just isnt enough time to get all the things done! Love the EPP,project! May need to check that out! I did order from tropical stitches! Loved the selection! I don’t wear an apron all the time. Only if I’m cooking and know I will be getting messy! lol. Thanks so much for all you do!
I do not wear an apron often because I don’t cook often. I always wear an apron when I’m repotting a plant. I totally enjoy your floss tube. I too want to learn how to cut down frames. You do a wonderful job at that.
It's always a treat to see your finishes and wips, both stitching and quilting. Thanks for the peak into your closet. I wear an apron that my mother made many years ago. It isn't the tie at the waist kind, but more of a bodice type thing. it has a hole for your head, but the sides are open and tie closed. Sadly, I rarely wear it when I cook, but more when I eat. Since I usually eat in the den with my plate on my lap, I wear my apron to keep my clothes safe from the inevitable spills. Also, thanks for the book/author recommendations.
I love the apron strings bag you made! The best book I’ve listened to in a long while is The Women by Kristin Hannah! It’s about Army nurses serving in Viet Nam. I look forward to each of your Flosstubes. Happy Stitching! xx, Lee
Thanks for another great video! I love all your projects. The only person I knew who wore an apron was my grandma. She was always stirring up something.
I always forget to use my apron! Love your finishes and your quilts. I don’t quilt, but I have the appreciation for the work that goes into a quilt and their beauty. Happy stitching!
Occasionally I will wear an apron but not often. I love seeing your stitches and that you use the dmc for a lot of your pieces. So many flosstubers seem to always use silks and that gets so expensive, it’s nice to see that the samplers are just as beautiful in dmc.
Thanks for sharing your stitchy goodness again. It was interesting to see your floss storage- I love seeing other people's crafty spaces. I generally don't wear aprons when I cook. Happy stitching!
I make apron/potholder sets for bridal shower gifts. It's anticipated at church now...what will they look like. Lol. They often wear them during the shower for fun once they open it. I do have 2 in my kitchen because I do fry things. They are full body cover for cooking. Such a fun video. Thanks for your time and inspiration
Celeste, I really enjoy each and every video. Your sweet spirit is so comforting & inspiring. I thank you for your information on how you store your flosses. I do have an app Thread Stash and it is good....when I use it! Oh well.I do "sometimes" wear an apron, it does save many of my tops, but right now I have one of my youngest granddaughters here and she loves to watch me cook. So when I have a moment of time, I plan on sewing her an apron, to help me in the kitchen. Love you and many blessings.
Love your videos❤ I live in San Antonio and love watching fellow Texans❤❤❤Thank you for the info about The Round Top Collection. Love the black stand and pole you showed so much. I ordered it on Friday and received on Tuesday !!! Fantastic service!!!
Love all your products. I will be checking out the Vintage Spool Quilt patterns, both of yours are lovely! I do wear an apron when cooking also when eating sometimes. I tend to get stuff on me, lol. Love the apron strings block bag.
I have never worn an apron to cook. I love that you showed the EPP. I have some kits and just never start. I think I don’t feel confident so I don’t start. Your quilt is going to be beautiful!!
Hi Celeste, I do not wear an apron but I do have several aprons the my grandmother made that she wore back in the day. Beautiful finishes as always, I wish I could be as lucky as you in finding frames at antique/thrift shops.😊
Nice to see you again Celeste - love seeing your projects & thank you for sharing your floss storage as well. I also use a spreadsheet for my floss, but I started with the Lord Libidan DMC one and added a column next to each number to note which projects (or main storage) have each one. I added a sheet for the fancy flosses but I don't use as many of them as you do, as I don't really stitch many samplers. Thank you also for sharing your faith - I am also a Christian and it is such an important part of my life. I love that you and Contented Needleworker Kim share that (not many Flosstubers do).
I have a hard time wearing an apron to cook. I have the same problem with wearing a thimble when I sew. It was not something my mom would do so we tend to do what we are taught I guess. Wow, Celeste, you’re amazing! You really get so much done. I am intrigued by the EPP. So beautiful!
Wow!!! Great video! I think we all store things differently but it’s nice to see how different everyone does things. Thanks for sharing your Tender Father finish. I started Alice Clark A kind Father last year…it’s a bear! I look forward to your sharing your faith. I too am in love with Jesus💗 and what he has done for us. You are a gem🌸
I’ve recently started wearing an apron in kitchen and I love it !!!! Now my clothes are less messy 😂- love your videos - I am also stitching on Oh Sweet Humility - was my bday start last July !! And I love the colors - thank you for all the tutorials :)
When I taught quilting,I sewed through the paper to baste and then was easy to cut it and reuse the paper ..we used old cards for the paper..get well etc.very portable
Great video Celeste! That paper piecing with 1/2 inch hexies is adorable! I can see why you love it! I don't wear an apron, but sometimes I think I should😂 My mom did not wear an apron, and I don't believe my grandmothers wore one.
So much goodness in this flosstube!! You have been so productive! I love the floss tutorial you put in here. I am very interested in your spreadsheet for which floss is in which kit. I will email you. Thank you in advance. Yes, I do wear an apron while cooking. I also collect. I have made several, I have some from my mom and hubby’s mom. I’ve also made for my daughters and granddaughters. I grew up with my mom wearing one everyday and nothing shouts home like an apron. I love your new red, white, and blue quilt! The Lady Liberty was just precious! Happy stitching! ❤
I loved seeing all your progress, you stitch some beautiful things. I don't wear an apron when I cook, but I really should! I usually just find the apron too pretty and then I feel bad getting it dirty! I know that is a bit silly though. Hope you have a great summer, take care.
It's a pleasure to watch your Flosstube Celeste. Thank you for sharing your lovely projects!
It's always a pleasure to see you, Celeste! I love your framed projects and the ornament for your stand! I love to see what you are working on and you have some amazing projects kitted up. Aw. Thank you
I remember making a gingham apron in school. Love all your quilting and stitching! Have a relaxing summer.
Thanks for another inspirational video. Both of my grandmothers wore an apron. I don't remember them without it.

@@CelesteCreates “Sweet Jesus”. You are so blessed. Really enjoyed this episode.
Thanks for another great video! I love all your projects. The only person I knew who wore an apron was my grandma. She was always stirring up something.
Yes I love to wear an apron! My favorite is one I cross stitched from a kit for Thanksgiving. 💕🧵
I always forget to use my apron! Love your finishes and your quilts. I don’t quilt, but I have the appreciation for the work that goes into a quilt and their beauty. Happy stitching!
Thank you so much!
So much wonderful eye candy! I always wear an apron. I must have picked up the habit from my mother.
Occasionally I will wear an apron but not often. I love seeing your stitches and that you use the dmc for a lot of your pieces. So many flosstubers seem to always use silks and that gets so expensive, it’s nice to see that the samplers are just as beautiful in dmc.
I wear an apron my sister made me when I'm cooking with red sauces or messy things. Loved your beautiful finishes! Have a Blessed Memorial Day.
This was an awesome floss tube. Love all the information you share. I should wear an apron but I don't and I do have one!!! Thank you.
Never worn an apron but I remember my grandmother always did. Love the two appliqué quilts you are working on
Thank you
Thanks for sharing your stitchy goodness again. It was interesting to see your floss storage- I love seeing other people's crafty spaces. I generally don't wear aprons when I cook. Happy stitching!

❤❤❤ I had to make an apron in my home economics course…the beginning of my love for needle and thread.
You can do it!
loved your video, all your projects are so inspiring for me, wish I could just stitch all of them, I love aprons, I do not have one , but I love them
I do own a chef style apron but seldom do I wear it. Such a wonderful video, Celeste!
Thank you very much.
Jam packed full of stitching goodness, as always. I am married to a chef so he is the one that wears the apron. X
Fun!
Thank you
Another great video! I sometimes wear an apron. My mom and grandmother's always wore one.
Thanks for watching!
I remember my Nanny wearing her apron❤
Thanks for all the great content on your video! I do not wear an apron but I do tell my husband he needs to wear one when he eats. 😂
Thank you!
