    Thanks again Doc for your work in the field. I find it reassuring to know that if I hear of a study that conflicts with what I believe to be correct, I can turn to your site to find accurate information.

    I find it so depressing the desperate levels people will go to to lose weight before they consider eating less or eating healthily

    They should try the discussed thing but showing the images for long enough to process like a second or a few. It would probably work better

    How about a video on honey ?
    Its alleged anti microbial anti bacterial benefits versus damage caused by its sugar content.

      Long story short from the studies I've read:
      Honey is very antibacterial and fantastic (particularly Manuka honey which is often marketed as an antibacterial "superfood") - what they don't say is that is when applied directly to a wound. Eating it or drinking it is basically the same as using table sugar but with a different taste.

    I beg to differ...Oct 2019 I had a fever of 104 for 48 hours. No other symptoms. Woke up in the morning feeling fine and went to work. It took a few days for me to realize I was not experiencing my usual food cravings. I lost 75 pounds in about 8 months. I had to figure out what to eat because I had spent the last 60 years eating based on my cravings. Started on keto, quickly went WFPB. 2 1/2 years later I have gained 5 pounds but I have also gone off the WFPB to some degree. Still no cravings of any kind. So, yes, I am proof that you can burn a hole in your brain for weight lose!

    As someone who does not lose weight on your diet, I don’t find the desperate measures people try to lose weight at all amusing. It’s just a sign of how truly hard it is to take off the pounds. You make it sound like it’s easy if you will just eat whole foods plant based. It is not. That’s just not true so stop making fun of people who can’t lose weight. It’s not funny.

      Are you eating vegan junk food.
      Eating a whole food plant based diet of unprocessed food would be extremely hard to over eat.
      There is a limit to how much kale, spinach and broccoli you can eat.

    • @Daurentius322
      @Daurentius322 2 роки тому +5

      Actually the only sign I see is that you're clearly not eating clean plant based foods, you're probably eating processed junkfood that is plant based, which doesn't make it better than your regular junkfood that you get at the McDonalds.
      How about you start preparing your own food in the most minimal way possible and try that for 3-4 months and then let me know whether it's difficult to not get rid of excessive adipose tissue whilst eating plant based.

      I lost 90 pounds eating low fat plant based. I would watch how much fat you are eating (nuts, seeds, oils, avocados) and keep it around or under 15% and you should lose weight.

    • @Daurentius322
      @Daurentius322 2 роки тому

      @@mariahspapaya nuts aren't an issue as long as you weigh the amount you consume, its probably the only plant based food that warrants weighing as it has a lot of calories for even the smallest amounts, though it is very important to eat them but people tend to think that because its plant based they can just munch 500 grams worth of nuts, lol.

    Podcasts on youtube dont make sense.
    It just keeps users phone screens ON while watching nothing but only listening. That meens unnecessary battery discharge.
    Yoy seem to be a fool, shaking head man, even considering uploading podcasts to UA-cam.

    • @AxlLovesHobbits

      Many people upload their podcasts to youtube to have a wider audience. You're the one who chose to listen to it here instead of on a traditional podcast platform.

      Podcasts come in quite handy at work and when I'm doing things. I can listen while doing my work and not have to stop what I'm doing to watch the screen.
      I'm greatful for podcasts for the above reasons.
