Does she have poly hair? Im curious because I got an older cloe in a box and when i unboxed her her hair looks very similiar to your Cloe. It was so rough to the touch i was super disappointed. I washed and conditioned and it didnt help much at all. I ended up cutting it a bit to try and help with the fluffy frizzy ends... she now kind of hides in the back of my collection lol
Honestly I’m not good with differentiating the hair types, so I’m not 100% sure however the hair quality of all 3 dolls I got in this line are absolutely terrible. Very rough, messy, and gross feeling tbh. It looks okay from afar but I don’t even want to mess with it because the quality feels very poor. I was disappointed too tbh with long hair I’d wish for it to be nice quality
