I am so glad I watched and saved this. I learned so much. I’ve only been felting for a couple years, but these videos are the best I’ve watched. Thanks 😌
Thank you so much for sharing this with us! I haven't nuno felted in two years for a variety of reasons so I needed basic reminder about the process. This was perfect plus I learned some new methods. Especially helpful to see you flip over and work on the back. I always want my pieces to be reversible.
Love the tactile involvement and relaxing atmosphere this process creates...certainly calming and rewarding...thank you for the well made tutorial...
isabella davis thank you very much for your kind feedback ♡
Excellent videos! And a good refresher to help me finish a long-delayed nuno felted scarf!
Thank you for your feedback, Phyllis! I with you lots of fun finishing your scarf! :)
this is so beautiful to watch and I'm so in love with this piece of amazing art. I am literally stunned! you are so blessed!
Khitana thank you for your kindness. anyone can do this, we hope you try and witness your own creative brilliance come to life :)
Such a joy witnessing a beautiful piece of art come to life. Thanks for such a great, inspirational tutorial ❤️❤️❤️
Excellent teacher, thanks for sharing.
Thank you so kindly, Rosalinda!! :)
This is a wonderful tutorial! Can I just use my hands all the time instead of alternating with a washboard?
Kirkkaan Oranssi thank you so much! YES! You can use you hands only indeed! I felt quite a bit with just my hands... they keep you very connected to your work and allow you to know how your piece is progressing.
Great, thank you! I don't want to buy too many tools before I've figured out whether I like it or not.
Just getting started nuno felting, and I have a question.
If I don't want over hang (past the warmer fabric), what should you do? Can you cut off the ends to even it out if stray wool/silk goes beyond the end?
I am really enjoying your videos and simplifying the process! Thank you so very much.
What do you use for mesh? I love this project, it’s so pretty! Thank you for sharing your talent.
Thank you for your video...I'm so inspired by your work!
Christine, you are so kind. Thank you :) I hope you will join our fb group LIVING FELT FRIENDS, everyone shares openly there and I am inspired by our community every day! We share lots of tips and projects, and hold a weekly live broadcast.
Hi yall! Just a quick question- I made my first wet felted scarf yay! And was just wondering what the difference between Just wet felting with wool compared with nuno felting? 🥰 Thanks!
Hi! I'm new to Nano Felting - why do you use the strips of silk cloth at all, as you just cover it up? Why not just use the wool?
I love the tutorials however I'm having so many problems getting my embellishments to stick to the wool. Does the material , ribbon or embellishment need to be covered with roving on top of it?I love the tutorials however I'm having so many problems getting my embellishments to stick to the wool. Thank you, Beckie. Yes, anything that does not felt on its own or does not readily bind with the wool may need to be anchored down with a bit of fiber.
I’ve noticed that you lift the mesh several times between using hands or the tool.
What you put the fabirc on tap very thin what that?
Do you mean the green mesh? It is here: feltingsupplies.livingfelt.com/Wet-Felting-Supplies-Mesh-Fabric-60Wide_p_146.html
