I've been an Apple fanboy for 20 years. Inbetween I tried switching to Huawei phones (like Mate 20 Pro), which I always regarded as superior to anything else. I now have 2 phones, iPhone 15 Pro and Huawei Mate 3X, which in my humble opinion is the best hardware currently available. I have a Mac mini desktop, iPad Air, iPhone 15 Pro, Macbook Air M2 and to replace all that with Huawei kit is not feasible at all, not by a very long shot. So yes, I use the Mate X3 for content consumption in the odd case I want to use a phone for that. The other thing is in South Africa, Huawei is more expensive than Apple. That finally kills it.
Yeah i mean hauwei has been dead for a while now without GMS and hardware restrictions. There are way better options on android with the best CPU's and GMS included.

I am definitely an Apple fanboy but when I saw this tablet in the Philippines I cound not resist. after 1 week I can say that I am loving this tablet and have zero regrets buying it, not to mention I saved over $800 not updating to the larger Ipad. the screen is killer in this and editing word and PPT is easier than I anticipated. the thinness lack of weight of this device surprises everyone. Unless your doing video editeding get the Huawei. Yes it's different but after I learned it I love it.
I’m an Apple fanboy just like u. I use the latest IPhone Pro, an IPad Pro, a MacBook Pro and even an Apple Watch Ultra. When I saw that the new IPad Pro is going to cost too much money if I want to accompany it with the new Apple Pencil Pro and the Magic Keyboard, I impulsively bought the Mate Pad Pro 13.2 simply because it comes with complimentary pen and keyboard free of charge. To be honest it’s way better than the IPad Pro I currently own.
On what you said at the end of the video..that was the target of the sanctions🦅🦅(unfortunately)... Imagine what HUAWEI could be done without the sanctions. Btw I have the HUAWEI ecosystem and is fenomenal, in every aspect(matebook x pro, gt4, mate 60 pro, freebuds pro 3, mateview). I made this choice, not for the absolute quality of products(because apple, samsung now makes better products, honestly), but because I support the technological evolution and these sanctions are mean. Ah, and obviously I'm going to grab this
I just got a Matepad 11 PaperMatte and overall I love how Harmony OS do the tablet thing. I also got Google Apps working (except Assistant)... Everything just works smoothlyyyyyy!
If those annoying sanctions from the USA and the EU hadn't taken place, Huawei would have been a huge success and access to their apps would have been even more accessible. Huawei is doing a great job.
Fantastic and very unbiased review. 👏. Just a small correction. Harmony OS is not Android at all, it is Huawei's OS which, for now, is still compatible with apk (android apps). Nest year Huawei will release Harmomy OS Next in China which wont be compatible with apks any more (im guessing that international versions will still maintain that compatibility for now). Im tyoing this on a Huawei Mate X3, which is an amazing (even if extremely expensive) foldable, and I use the huawei watch gt3 pro and Huawei freebuds 2 pro. All grewt products.
Huawei is redefining tech ! The harmony os ecosystem is absolutely marvelous , I’m in love with it . I’m Apple fan boy and can’t use android it’s forbidden in my religion
Just like pre 2007 when people could not imagine a life without their blackberry, something's brewing on the horizon, namely nearlink and their HOS in full native mode, mostly nearlink for now, damn that's some next level stuff.
3:10 I love that amazingly thin bezel I believe it is the right design look. 3:10 I don't believe the incredible tin bezel shouldn't stop you from handling the tablet effectively, you can use your palm at the back if things get a little too awkward. 3:10 And besides holding the side is okay for doing casual things but letting the tablet rest in the palm of your hand is ideal for serious work. And secondly whether you got a thick Bezel or not you will suffer hand fatigue holding a big tablet like that for a long time. And ultimately you'll need to switch to holding the tablet in another ideal position to escape hand fatigue. 3:40 The thin bezel or Bezel-less screen does make a notch (whether big or small) much more accommodating and aesthetically pleasing. 5:32 what I'm about to say is unrelated to this review but I think electronic pens should be more common with modern laptops (laptop should be natively built for electronic pens or pencils). 6:40 A detachable and functional keyboard that also works wirelessly is the perfect choice for any tablet. 6:40 I'm totally amazed by this wireless capable keyboard (so awesome). 8:16 The effortless resizing of the apps and windows even the app that is floating above the first open app that can easily glide across the screen is hypothesizing.
One thing about apple ecosystem is their text to speech engine is consistently good. I use Xiaomi phone and OnePlus Pad both are android and i don't or can't even get the same voice. I needed it for voice reader
If you really want to compare it with iPad, you should mention the price for fair point. Because normaly you dont compare things with 2/3 of it's price. It's EUR 1600 tablet with no accesory vs EUR 990 complete package tablet Even as person who can afford iPad, I still choose the MatePad Pro only for being sane and rational.
One important thing most reviewers do not mention is, if you have purchased apps from Google Play Store, you MAY NOT be able to restore those purchases even if Google Play Store is installed on the Huawei tablet.
That's not true, in my case i have HUAWEI Mate 50e with HarmonyOS 4.0 and Google and i have apps that i purchased! If you install Google you can get all your apps, (except for Gpay/GoogleWallet, Android Auto is not possible)
Great review. I have to say, iPad is much more expensive with the accesories while Huawei gives them for free, the keyboard, the pen, even the mouse in some countries for writing a review on their consumer website. I am a Huawei user (call me a Huawei fanboy) and for me the screen ratio is crucial, going for te 3:2 is a superb choice from the 12.6 inch MatePad pro which I immediately sold and ordered this 13.2 monster. But, the 3:2 on the iPad is the real 3:2, I have to say it. I read music scores and iPad has the best experience if we talk about the screen ratio. In my country it's more than two times expensive, so Huawei has been my choice for a long time. If I had a big budget, there is a chance that I would've gone for the Apple. You've been fair, I'm being fair. Thanks for your review!
I purchased the Matepad 12.6 a few years ago, pen and keyboard included in the price. Uses OS 2. Does everything i need and good camera and speakers. My old T2 8" still works reliably and not 1 problem with the Y5, Nova 3e or Nova 9 phones. Sumsuck on the other hand is the reason i bought Huawei.
It is a fantastic product, but unfortunately, as an Apple product user, I feel that any current Android tablet is still lacking some compelling disruptive innovations to make it appealing enough to me. 1. Always-on 1Hz to 120Hz tandem-stack LTPO OLED display, to display some information all the time (time, date, weather,…) 2. Low power enough to be able to recharge through a 15W Qi2 wireless charger : would be perfect not to have any cable to plug/unplug to recharge the device, and only have to magnetically stick the device to any Qi2 wireless charger 3. Multi 10’s Gigabits/s wireless docking like 802.11ay (ideally at least USB4 / HDMI 2.1 speeds, so at least real 40Gbits to 50Gbits/s to least up to 5m). Then fit all I/O (USB-C, USB-A, HDMI,…) in a thin Qi2 bi-directionnal wireless charger, with a small battery : customers could then stick it at the back of the tablet when they need I/O, or alternatively power-it through a 5W/10W USB-C power adapter if needed…
Thanks for this video, very good feedback. I am going to get myself a mate pro. Have had iPads for yonks, but I have Huawei phones and it’s time to ditch the iPad. I won’t miss it that much.
I really like Huawei stuffs but no google services it’s a NO for me. HarmonyOS is something that they’re doing that Google won’t think of. Maybe one day I would. Their P60 pro almost convinces me.
@EdrawEdits Im very tempted to buy huawei, but just a question since it is possible to download google apps thru petal search or gbox, Do those apps update as well? Do they not lag? Do you not have problems using it and does it function really well? Thank you if ever you can answer Im planning to use it for my studies hehe

Using an iPhone 13/ samsung s22 right now alongside a huawei x pro laptop. Both of these phones are amazing and the connectivitys good, but nothing compared to the huawei devices ive used. Im looking to buy these tabled for its harmony os features for my laptop. A secondary screen/ writing platform and km seriously thinkkng of buying the p50 pro for the file sharing. Honestly using these other phones for the last few years has just show’n me how much they lack in what i feel is basic connectivity/features. Yh it lacks the Apple apps but im used to working on Windows alongside Android. Ive Also noticed some of the huawei apps (browser, email Health music (Spotify) to be supricingly comparable sometimes even better compared to the Android counterparts) and missing them
The deciding factor for me is the incredible pen pressure sensitivity, Huawei boosted it to 16384 pressure level by Nearlink, which is 4x faster than BT. For any artist or creative persons who want the ultimate control on their pentip and the feather lightness on the go, MatePad Pro is the one. Also expecting Huawei to expand support of 3rd Gen Nearlink pen to Mate book series( currently only Matebook E support 2nd gen stylus, which is 4096 pressure), so windows user can experience the full blown studio in the hand, with their x86 apps such as Photoshop, CorelPaint. Keep going Huawei❤😊
Contrary to the other people commenting so far, I am not an Apple fanboy. I have an Android phone and several Android tablets from Samsung and Lenovo. I wouldn't consider this as an option for 2 reasons. Lack of proper google play store (sideloading is not enough, I need the apps I paid for in my google play store) and the price, given this has a processor which is in line with the Qualccmm 8 gen 1 from last year (Tab S8) and not the much faster 8 gen 2 in the Tab S9. At €1000 + this is a major no. But the size, aspect ratio and weight is lovely. Just not worth the money with this chip and lack of play store.
I have used Huawei pre-ban, and they were great. But since the ban, it has been hard to recommend them, even though HarmonyOS is impressive. There are too many negatives for most people at this price point (£1000). Huawei's MatePads, which sell at £250-£400 without Google Play pre-installed, are very value, as they usually come with a free pen and keyboard.
I agree with performance, I was looking forward to the matepad pro 11 2024 but the graphics performance being around an 888 makes it pointless at the high price they are almost certain to launch it when it goes global. The software side though is fine for me as gbox is £15, I have it on my matepad pro 2019 and provides me access to every app I need. Its a shame the new Matepad pros didn't ship with snapdragon 8 gen 1 + (8 gen 2 I hear they cant get) because at least they wouldn't be as far behind in performance.
To all Apple users, you'll find it difficult leaving the ecosystem, it's like joining a cult group 😂. I beg to defer, I live my life the way I want it, I use any device I feel like without getting stuck in any ecosystem
Great review Mark I own a new iPad Pro with the dual panel screen but before I got it when I saw this Huawei screen I was instantly smitten and took it home with me. The OLED screen is a killer for media content. This whole design screams best in class! Lucky for Apple they are banned here in the US. I bought mine on a trip to the Philippines the first week it was released. I go back and forth about selling mine because my company bought the new IPad Pro for me after it came out and I have to use the iPad because the company is in the Apple echo system. So for now it’s my go to media tablet.
I hope the next gen iPad can be as light as this one...tried 11 inch iPad many times, every time feels be home when go back to 12.9 ...... until I want to pack the big iPad on the way. Maybe it is just me, I enjoy the big screen but in the mean time, I do think those money and weight shall allow side load Mac app...
If you want an alternative to the iPad, there are the Samsung galaxy tabs. Anything else who would cost more than €700, without a real App Store and google services doesn’t make any sense.
Nice review, and neutral perspective. That's what I feel, I really wanna switch from iPad to matepad 13.2 but due to the Apple ecosystem there, its really unable to do.
HarmonyOS is a full independant and multi-kernel OS, Witch has it’s emulate compatibility for android apps. That last one won’t be able anymore inside china start to 2024. Android is just a gnu/linux for witch Huawei did so much, like the file system… Only the gms is the private part of google.
Actually, Harmony OS is an independent system and not based on Android as they're not allowed to use it anymore so they had to develop their own from scratch, which they did.
It sounds like the Huawei is superb, but to change you need to go all in with all devices, abandon Apple apps and in many cases substitute with alternatives in the Huawei ecosystem. That is quite daunting, like moving to another country and starting afresh. This pain point is largely due to US sanctions which I find despicable.
I have an iPad Pro 10.5 from 2017. It still works like a charm. I have midi keyboard with sound card, Apple Pencil along with beautiful apps such as procreate, Microsoft OneNote, GarageBand and etc. I was thinking about upgrading to M2 iPad Pro 12.9 until I saw this device. It is half price with more hardware features but I’m not sure without those certain apps will it still be useful for my workflow or my productivity. I want an oled screen, I need a case with keyboard and I need a pencil, these are double check. However it seems rather limited compared to usage scenarios with my certain (some paid) apps. What do you think guys? I can buy base model m2 iPad Pro 11 without accessories for the same price in my country.
Good analysis....but.....the key feature of the iPad for me, and actually all apple products, is their ability to work together seamlessly. Even if all the apps I want to use are present on Android or Windows - GoodNotes for example - the different OS versions don't sync with each other, so if I want to use them on tablet, phone and laptop, I need to be in the apple ecosystem for all of them. That coupled with the absence of some key players (Adobe) and apps I really like (Fresco, Notability, and a few others) - and the fact that it's much easier to stay connected with almost my entire family and US based friends - makes the difference for me. Does that make me an apple fanboy? I guess so, but I prefer to think that I'm a pragmatist that just likes things to make life effortlessly easy for me.
Same here. I also don’t really mind being an Apple fan. I don’t feel like it’s something I want to work on, lol. Use whatever works best for you, no matter what brand that is.
@octavia3662 this is the correct mindset imo. Use what works for you. One thing I feels is that other ecosystems are underrated. My galaxy phone galaxy tab and asus laptop work great together for messaging on all devices sharing files etc. It works for me but I dabble in both Apple and others. I think my friend said it best don't be loyal to a brand be loyal to what gets things done and your wallet.
Yeah, I mean, living in the US almost forces you to use iOS/MacOS because it is the most used technology there and just works well. It's basically the same in Chinese places where Xiaomi/Huawei kinda dominates. For sure, you can have whatever you like, but follow the trend is not pure fanatism, is convenience, too
It's hard to make the switch because you're already working with Apple's ecosystem. This tablet is the perfect tablet for people with Huawei phone, watch, earbud, TV or even Huawei Speakers, but any android tablet, not just the Huawei tablet, would be unsuitable for someone with an iPhone and Apple Watch
Danke! Excellent review - as always. I wonder if you would care to review the HP Dragonfly Pro Chromebook from your perspective. I'd love to hear your thoughts on that device - as it is not the Chromebook you might expect.
Switched from apple years ago as I could see myself getting locked in,now I switch android phones yearly if I fancy a different brand,so i don't get bored and all my smart speakers etc run Google so I'm free to choose any phone I want. When I'm going away I just drag films into my s8 tablet with no faff etc. I have a few high end earbuds and notice they all sound worse on my sons iPhone 15 and that would have bugged me alot. He's got airpod pro 2 and they sound average at best. Well done apple for handcuffing people to their products.
I'd like to see some performance stats. According to Geekbench the only kirin processors they have are 50% of the performance of the iPad I have (which is the 2021 iPad Pro M1 model). While this may not matter for many, it does for me as I use LumaFusion on the iPad Pro. And when I'm not on the iPad Pro editing video, I'm getting some stress relief playing games (so performance matters). I'm also loving using the iPad Pro with Guernica to turn my writing prose into AI art. Just for fun. Can I do that on the MatePro? Without it taking ages? The apps thing is a big deal. Performance is a big deal.
I’m a Apple fan as well, not because their products are the “best” - they’re very good but not perfect - but because of the ecosystem. And there are a huge number of apps, as highlighted, that are only available for iOS/iPadOS, including apps that are optimized for those OSs more so than for Android. It’s also been shown that those who own Apple products are more willing to spend money on apps because of that optimization. Throw in a world-class App Store, a HUGE number of after-market products designed specifically for Apple, AND constant security/OS updates to keep things current, it’s should be easy to understand the appeal for these products to the masses. I like and appreciate Android/Google but yes, Apple fan here and not about to change. 🐑🤷♂️
you are right that apps work better and its obvious since there are less devices and cheaper for companies, the ecosystem is nice but you can do just fine if you are nerdy and the app store is sooooo awful just soo bad i can only remember having issues from so far back...
Knowing what I know about huawei and apple, the company mostly on the political side of things, for huawei , is a pretty good tablet . P.s. Coming from apples recent tablet keynote, this video makes it sound like apple is worried about huawei.
Great hardware from Huawei as alwasy but they are just too crippled by the sanctions to be viable option outside of china. Weak cpu and no GMS is just a killer when there are so many other good android options available.
To be honest, reviewing the tablet as a standalone Huawei product does not make too much sense. You need to also toss in one of their newer phones and headphones. The way the echo system works together is actually even better than how Apple does it. The way you can seamlessly choose how you want to link the devices is great.
4:55 I have to disagree with the sound. The iPad had clarity throughout its range, whereas the MatePad evidently has more bass, but the clarity of the other "notes" was muffled. The iPad was more enjoyable to listen to.
@@kevin_mitchell it’s worth having a read of the caption during that section 😉 As with any sound ‘demo’ on UA-cam, it offers no bearing on what you hear in person. I included it because if I don’t, people complain. It’s something I will _never_ understand.
@@MarkEllisReviews I did read the caption and do realise that sound demos on UA-cam have no bearing on what you hear in person, but by the same token, I've assumed the recordings were carried out at the same time, one after the other, with the same equipment and under the same external conditions, and it was under the understanding of all things being equal, that I made my call on what I heard and what sounded better to me, because the demo was all I could go on. But by the same token, other people hearing the same recording may prefer the other one, or find them equally pleasing. My call is purely subjective based solely on the recording and is not meant to be an objective analysis by a professional audiophile.
But it does not have Procreate Dreams, Final Cut, Da Vinci Resolve, Logic Pro, Garage Band...Pixelmator....Affinity Suite That's how Apple wins and they know that !
Do you know, maybe on your own experience or from others, how does it works for digital painters who come from Procreate? Because I really hate the fact that Procreate is only on iOS and to be pretty honest, I suppose/guess there's a quite valide alternative on Matepad pro.
Why would anyone want to use crapple and get stuck...not very wise. Huawei smoked the competition until they were cutoff from Google but they have managed to work around that limitation as well.

Unless your doing video editeding get the Huawei. Yes it's different but after I learned it I love it.
Is that mean it’s not good for editing videos ?
What’s the video resolution support when watching Netflix?
@@babelomlbb4194you can always get capcut. It’a better in terms of UI/UX thank luma fusion
Hi! Filipino here as well. Any problem with using sideloaded google mobile services?
@@babelomlbb4194never tried to edit videos sorry can’t answer that
I’m an Apple fanboy just like u.
If you can't beat them, ban them 😂
It was the only thing they could do.
Ah, and obviously I'm going to grab this
u had great devices in ur ecosystem...
It's EUR 1600 tablet with no accesory vs EUR 990 complete package tablet
Even as person who can afford iPad, I still choose the MatePad Pro only for being sane and rational.
I love how you explain things, it is just so steady and clear at he same time!
This is now on special in South Africa for US$668 including pen, keyboard and logitech bluetooth mouse. Definitely getting it.
Excellent video! Very fair, balanced, and informative. Beautifully "filmed" as well. Technically excellent and a pleasure to watch.
This means a lot - thank you!
It is a fantastic product, but unfortunately, as an Apple product user, I feel that any current Android tablet is still lacking some compelling disruptive innovations to make it appealing enough to me.
1. Always-on 1Hz to 120Hz tandem-stack LTPO OLED display, to display some information all the time (time, date, weather,…)
2. Low power enough to be able to recharge through a 15W Qi2 wireless charger : would be perfect not to have any cable to plug/unplug to recharge the device, and only have to magnetically stick the device to any Qi2 wireless charger
Thank you if ever you can answer
Im planning to use it for my studies hehe
I'm glad i'm not an american who closes his mind on only apple products because "if you don't use apple you are poor" and i'm able to buy and use Huawei stuff
Is the same as switching from Microsoft to Apple.... Android to IOS.... that's a good point pointed out.... if we ant to switch, we need to prepare also for a mental switch.... otherwise, it's an unfair expectation that things are status quo
Ive Also noticed some of the huawei apps (browser, email Health music (Spotify) to be supricingly comparable sometimes even better compared to the Android counterparts) and missing them
I bet very few apple fans hate other products. We just tend to prefer apple for some devices.
I still use my huawei mate 20. Still good for a 4 yrs old phone.
Just not worth the money with this chip and lack of play store.
nothing is good not even google google is soo bad and anoying , HUAWEI Win HUAWEI Is the best :)
@@HUAWEI4V you sound really desperate
Huawei with google, namely Honor
I’m off, had enough of it tbh 😂
Love Huawei. Huawei is example of how can do withiut giving up against hegemony
Well said
What hegemony?
Is that a combination of USB A and C on the power brick?
Great review Mark I own a new iPad Pro with the dual panel screen but before I got it when I saw this Huawei screen I was instantly smitten and took it home with me. The OLED screen is a killer for media content. This whole design screams best in class! Lucky for Apple they are banned here in the US. I bought mine on a trip to the Philippines the first week it was released.
I go back and forth about selling mine because my company bought the new IPad Pro for me after it came out and I have to use the iPad because the company is in the Apple echo system. So for now it’s my go to media tablet.
To quote you, lovely review to a lovely tablet ! Subscribed.
I like how generated subtitles constantly trying to name it Mad Pad Pro.
I put a pulls stop to Apple in 2016 and my king is Huawei forever
A step up from the Mini LED screen on the iPad pro.
If you want an alternative to the iPad, there are the Samsung galaxy tabs. Anything else who would cost more than €700, without a real App Store and google services doesn’t make any sense.
Hardware looks good, but what happens when you accidentally drop it without a case? And what is the repairability rating?
Do not look for it in anglo-saxons states !
This is the smoothest mobile device I've ever seen. When will it be available for sale? I was at the Huawei website and couldn't find the buy button
That tablet is gorgeous
Nice review, and neutral perspective. That's what I feel, I really wanna switch from iPad to matepad 13.2 but due to the Apple ecosystem there, its really unable to do.
Can it play netflix on 2k? I heard those things beed to be certified to do this
…; however, what I like about IPads is how simple they are to connect to a projector!
Good review, very detailed. Good job.
Very good. Where can I buy it? It's so beautiful, I don't want to use Apple anymore.
Actually, Harmony OS is an independent system and not based on Android as they're not allowed to use it anymore so they had to develop their own from scratch, which they did.
no, you are wrong - they did not developed it from scratch
Take note apple the pencil and the landscape camera can cohabitate on the same device
I know that Huawei’s eco system is pretty impressive. However like Apple, the more Huawei products you have in their ecosystem, the better it gets.
Hello, can I download the autocad app just to view plans, how do I do it on the iPhone?Thank you
Id pick any Huawei over any Snapple anyday and twice on Sunday and I Use Arch BTW
What kind of customization can you do with Harmony OS's app dock?
HarmonyOS 👑
Does this have the pc version WPS like the 11.5?
yes
0:58 Putting 2 USB ports that close to each other is a dick move.
Harmony os looks like Deepin crossed with cutefish desktop environment.
I love the screen design.
I'd love to knwo what you think of this now the newer M4 ipad pro is out - still good in comparison? Is the app store still a faff?
I think it is fair that Ipad are the pinnacle of tablets. All the R&D they put into this stuff, they deserve it.
For sure, you can have whatever you like, but follow the trend is not pure fanatism, is convenience, too
@@gr93cjs The 2 ecosystems that can really be called ecosystems in China is just Apple and Huawei.
BTW, Huawei has its own ecosystem.

I'd love to have an Android version of Capture One Pro. AFAIK, there is no such option.

Hate notches! I cover my MBPs with TopNotch. Why does everyone have to copy even the bad designs from Apple
This looks lovely & I wish I can switch too but the regulator body that governs my industry only allow everyone in the industry to use iPad only.

Great Video!
HUAWEIs HarmonyOS isn't Android But thanks for the video :)
HUAWEIs Eco system is way better And i'm in love With HUAWEI Eco system, i never want a apple device.
Yes, HarmonyOS is Huawei's mobile OS from the ground up. EMUI is their Android based OS
4:55 I have to disagree with the sound. The iPad had clarity throughout its range, whereas the MatePad evidently has more bass, but the clarity of the other "notes" was muffled. The iPad was more enjoyable to listen to.
Have you heard them in person?
@@MarkEllisReviews No I haven't. The music sample from the video was my only source of reference.
To me tablets are useful, buying really flashy ones is wasting money I could spend on things that are fun
But it does not have Procreate Dreams, Final Cut, Da Vinci Resolve, Logic Pro, Garage Band...Pixelmator....Affinity Suite
That's how Apple wins and they know that !
Wirklich gutes Tablet 👍🏼
Can this be ordered from Canada/America?
Yes, you can from Aliexpress or eBay!
Do you know, maybe on your own experience or from others, how does it works for digital painters who come from Procreate? Because I really hate the fact that Procreate is only on iOS and to be pretty honest, I suppose/guess there's a quite valide alternative on Matepad pro.
Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 has 16Gb of ram, wow
Can someone tell me its max video resolution when watching Netflix
just a matter of ecosystem, if you have a HUAWEI phone and a mateview monitor it will be perfect.
Why would anyone want to use crapple and get stuck...not very wise. Huawei smoked the competition until they were cutoff from Google but they have managed to work around that limitation as well.
The main defect of this Huawei tablet is the price tag. Well, it is actually my defect😂
I think you are quite right, it's all eco system thing. Fantastic opportunity to non-apple fans.
