You also want two shot for multiple weapons. Any native explosive weapon, AGL, etc, nuka squirt gun, the alien pistol? All do very well with two shot, as it works as a full 2x for most situations. If you want to play with single shot weapons, last shot is a must. Last shot is the best second star for any single shot weapon. Nuka squirt gun, black powder weapons, single shot grenade launcher, bows. TS-last shot- 15r with weaponized Nuka Quantum ammo is a squirtgun worth playing with. For the third star, E on weapons is a worthwhile consideration with the changes to the Endurance mods for AP.
Yea I recently saw ppl making videos about these effects. Before hand you could not do this that’s why they weren’t mentioned. Now I’m very interested in last shot I’m still not sold on endurance as an effect since the competition I feel out beats it when looking for ap drivin choices
I think you should include endurance in that list now, one set intelligence for xp ans one set endurance for HP and maxing the new endurance perk cards

pro tip set a camp or tent near the legendary sheepsquatch spawn in the new zone i forgot its name tbh but its all the way at the bottom near the communist scout camp there is a legendary sheepsquatch that always drops a 1 star legendary and you can farm it as long as you want by jumping server and killing it over and over. Plus if you learn or mod or get a mod it is always the effect the item has since it is a 1 star.
So the loose mods, you can’t use them until the weapon has a mod of that same star level correct? So I have to assign a random legendary mod before I use a loose mod? Or am I confused?
To be on the safe side I would say yes. I know the old legacy weapons had their 2nd stars removed but I’m not sure what would happen if someone tried to put those back

late to the party. Thru's Hiker is worth considering for hoarders like me or mules. Frees 3 points in str and 3 in agi (chems weight and food weight).
