the loot gods gives and they take
oh man the double chimera is a true classic these days, idk why i never saw them at all until 0.91 and now theyre almost always in pairs 💀
yeah I fight a couple pairs and a trio too at some point in the later episodes, on flat ground tho so it's a completely different story.
Here they really surprised me at the worst time, and I don't know if it's because I was in an elevated position but they jumped much faster at me than I was expecting... I'm getting really good at timing chimeras after fighting so many, and these two completely caught me by surprise. Oh well
Invictus is so fun and inspiring yet can be very frustrating when you die accidentaly to some anomaly you didn't see
The Zone ALWAYS wins !!!
Daamn.. I started a merc run when the first ep came out. Went something like this. I cleared radar and while I was in inventory a chimera sneaked up on me and ended it. These cats are dangerous these days
I as a loner didnt see electro anomaly that killed me immediately
Such is life in the zone 😢
It's my brain going into 'auto-loot fiddlefuck' mode that always gets me killed too!

Edit: btw have you considered updating gamma? They changed the upgrade/repair system again so now you dont need expert toolkits to upgrade the tier 3 kits on your weapons and armor. Gives you the opportunity to unlock that 5th beltslot on the hybrid suit
This run was fully recorded in 0.9.1 between hotfix 3 through 10 (something like that).
This episode is the last update I did (so hotfix 10). A lot of new updates came out after, while I was still playing, but I didn't do them as even though they didn't require new saves and are supposed to be compatible, I was too far in the run to risk "bricking it" with an update.
Hello! I noticed, that the items in your inventory, that you´ve marked as favorites, have a green background. In my game, this is not the case. Is there something in the options, that needs to be checked/unchecked to get that said green background? Thank you very much!
