Ya it should but they don’t 🤦🏼♂️ under the foundation it’s ran thru a 4” pvc chase with the drain but once it exits the building just in the ground, it’s terrible
florida service tech as well..... them underground linesets are terrible. came up to a unit one time and i was going to do a iso test and i cut the evaporator coil and a bunch of water came out, didnt have to do the test no more but everything was contaminated at that point.... customer was not happy
Hey man, nice vid! Just want to clarify something because the video in brazing was cut. Did you introduce nitrogen when you brazed the lineset replacement and filter drier? I'm just wondering because the sytem is pumped down. Or you just brazed and let the vacuum pump do the suctioning of impurities/oxidation left inside? Will be taking notes of your response for my future reference in the field someday. Thank you.
When I brazed unit back I used nitro flowing, I’ve shown it in previous videos, not to extensively but usually just to show that I’m doing it. But when unsweating the copper I don’t use the nitro 👍🏻 hope that helps and clarifies it a bit!
