So I’m exchange for allowing the GAR to move through hyperspace lanes in Hutt Space to bypass Separatists controlled territories, the Republic allowed the Hutts access to trade routes within the Mid Rim. I wonder how Padme took that as Naboo is in the Mid Rim. And did this strengthen the position of the Hutts in the galaxy or did it change nothing, because even though they did join the Shadow Collective, unlike their partners they did not return after Maul returned to Mandalore after the Separatists destroyed the collective. It makes me wonder if they had to start acting nicer during this time because the Republic now had an army it could actually use against it. It that’s the case, they must have really been happy when the Empire came around. Presuming they kept the treaty since the Empire liked to use criminals and gangsters to fight Rebels in the Outer Rim, that would mean not only would the Hutts be more free to do what they want since the Empire repealed Republic laws like anti-slavery ones, but they would also still have access to trade routes in non-Hutt space. Say what you will about the Republic in the Clone Wars, it still kept an eye out to make sure nobody tried to mess with them, Separatist or criminal. And of course the Empire threw that out the window because it’s xenophobic.

First off, Star Wars always made literature to series, games or like now a new attraction in their themepark to expand the material and give the people the full view. If you think it's to expensive it's fine, but it's still a small amount of fans who will even ever go to Galaxy's Edge. Saying you automatically dislike a comic, because it's merely connected to the Sequels and bring Rey in this, who also has a small connection to this, is dumb to the core! Also the Sequels aren't only about Rey, if you'd pay attention. This cruiser exists since hundreds of years, so to think there weren't any stories of it during the Republic era is dumb. And seeing a Pantoran with long hair makes you think of a person you hate, congrats!
