It’s funny how the general sneaker community love these but all the sneaker youtubers are hating on these. If these said off-white in them they’d love them. This a clean sneaker don’t let someone who owns basically every shoe in existence stop you from owning these. I own these and they’re 🔥

I swear they all hating. I got the 1.0 and 2.0 pine greens and honestly the 2.0 are eye popping in person. I don’t regret buying them at all. All it is gonna take a celebrity to rock these and watch how bad they dick ride these shoes. The game ain’t the same no more 😓

I don’t see it being disrespectful for a couple different reasons. 1) The bulls have played in green and black and also green and red with hits of black jerseys in the past on special game day occasions so not too far fetched to use those colors
2) Jason Tatum along with Kemba Walker are two of Jordan brands biggest athletes so perhaps they were thinking it makes sense to release retros in their team’s colors.

In my opinion the pine green Jordan’s are a great shoe

Literally the badge logo is the only problem, I don’t see it being disrespectful though.

Great thoughts on this pair. I have wanted this color ware for so long, I’m a Mid 90’s Bulls fan and MJ fan but green is my favorite color so these are a must have for me. I was turned off when I first saw the tumbled in person but like you I’m old school and I love wearing mine and this will help with the wear.

The DMP and Mid Pair from back then might be what causes that thought.

this is my new fav sneaker in my collection. love my pine greens. they are becoming my everyday shoe. i don't see the hate for them. they are super comfy, looks great and feel great.

if want your shoes to look new dont wear them! what he means is people trip on the toe crease and the soft tumbled leather helps with the toe crease and makes it conform to your feet so if you actually wear them and they will look the same out of the box longer. "hypebeast" is a general term for people who use the shoes as trophies to wear once and keep and or resell to make money so the shoes have to look not worn aka clean i dont think he is dissing just using the parlance of todays culture/industry.
@@soildirty9469 I know what a hype beast is. I heard what he said about the tumbled leather. You can wear your shoes a lot and they still look new...I know because that's what I do. Its called maintenance. Cleaning and taking care. I know creasing is inevitable. There are also ways to reduce and remove creasing. Maybe you don't care as much as I do. I don't buy shoes to beat them and throw them away. Neither do I buy to wear once and sell. I don't like dirt or creases in my shoes. Therefore I act accordingly. Good day sir.

This is one of my two favorite releases this year (the other being the Red Cement 3). I feel like this was the template Nike/JB should've used for the Shattered Backboard 3.
Got one as a personal pair. The original is too expensive for me at the moment. Bar the wings logo they’re pretty cool.
Jordan 1s def go up in value most pairs at least. I wear a size 11 and my pine green/ white sail have went up into being over 300. That just blows me away. court purple's also too. The Court Purple whites that come out soon are straight fire also.

Tumbled leather looks good. These 1s are white hot. I've got the dark n mid blues that are presented like this and it's my favorite pair of shoes next to my WNTR 4s. I'd love to add these to my stash.

Forget about the leather ...what about upgrading the midsole? The 1’s are the worst and most neglected Jordan when it comes to comfort. Zoom air should be standard in 1’s in 2020.

so 3 things made this a no for me, 1, the red nike logo should be green, cut it out. 2, The wings logo being a patch? if i cut it off will the normal wings logo be there? 3, I'm used to my ones having a slightly shinier finish, the dull black makes these super dull.
I have no issue with tumbled leather, I personally love it ever since I got my Travis Scott 1s I’ve loved tumbles leather

Great video and a Great Shoe! When I first saw it I said "I'm not going to buy them"( because of the color) but the more that I looked at them the more that the tumbled leather drew me in. I still wasn't going to get them but I won on the raffle so the rest is history. Maybe the green is for St. Patrick's Day 😉.

To be fair, there was already a 60+ DMP AJ1 pack 10 years ago with celtics cw cuz he dominated the celtics; also we already had tons of AJ1 cws of teams that were the bulls' adversaries, kinda like wearing their hide as a trophy.

I think you're reaching with the Disrespect... considering like 7 or 8 year ago JB had the Honorable Rivals AJ1 Collection where I believe they release a Dominique Wilkins inspired colorway amongst others. Plus if you you plus the red laces in it could be perceived as Bulls over Celtics

Definitely not a bad shoe. I decided to customize mine. I’m not a fan of the red Nike air on the tongue so I’m painting it over with white. Changed the laces to white leather laces. More of a luxurious feel to it. Definitely love tumbled leather
