  • Many flat buyers who are lured into builders' sales offices are pressured into buying flats that they can barely pay for, leading them into dangerous financial situations that may destroy their family and its future. This is a warning to those who recklessly walk into the site offices of various real estate projects.

    Never buy under construction property
    Never buy any property which is completed but no OC is there

    He sold his shop and his flat to buy an under-construction flat. He has to be absolute nuts. If you sell your source of income, how are you supposed to pay the loans?

      So did he smoke marijuana before making the deal?🤣🤣🤣

      Flat buying is an emotional issue for us and at that time only one goal comes in mind is to just buy a home to secure the future. Many many blunders are made by a common man because they don't have an army of CA's or Lawyers who guide the big entrepreneurs. Financial education is very much important these days because there are invisible thorns outside on the way towards our goal.

    sirji.. mene bhi ek project me invest kara hai.. 90% complete hai.. aur posscession april tak milega... aur inn logo ne bola ki agar nai complete hua toh we will pay you 40K rent and this will be written in agreement... sirji kya ye trap ho sakta hai?

      Secondly there is gst component which u have to pay 5 percent which is heavy cost plus there is risk he may not compete the same
      What do u do if they don’t pay u 40k

    Sir muze bataye cancaltion charges booking amount date se ya fir alloutment letter jab issue hota hai tab se count karte hai jab ki mera koi agreement nahi kiya hai

      Haven't been earning very well, I'm afraid. I have suffered great losses in recent months due to bad decisions & miscalculations.
      As for posting frequent videos around the same topic, there's a method in that madness, and it's not about earning more. Educating the public abouit anything is like Zandu balm -- you have to patiently rub it in till it is soaked up and its effects happen.
