that song is insane. took me forever to find out that the first half is a syncopated version of the second half. never heard of a song written like that
Dude hell yeah! love your reactions man. Their new album is on non stop repeat for me. I highly recommend checking it out. My personal fave is Armies of the Preposterous
I'm amazed you locked into the beat on first listen!! All Meshuggah's songs have absolutely crazy grooves! Bleed gives the wrong impression of the band I reckon. Check out some other songs by them
I have been listening to meshuggah for years now! The 1st time o listened to them it was a song called marrow... and I did not like it... now after years of listening to them I just recently found a song I like... suffer in truth... is awesome....
Brondo sandwich, if you haven't done Marrow (I'll check after I post this) you need to. Also The Violent Sleep Of Reason, Pravus, Dancer To a Discordant system, Nostrum, Obzen, Born in Dissonance, Our rage won't Die, and like all of Catch 33 and maybe the demons name is surveillance. I think that's reasonable.
some of my personal favourites by this band that id be over the moon if you reacted to: I (remastered) Sickening By The Ton Straws Pulled At Random Dancers To A Discordant System
What is the song playing in the beginning while your talking sounds cool. And yeah man listen to more meshuggah they started the whole movement in metal people refer to as djent, sometimes djent is referred to as a joke but it is a genre and meshuggah started it, sort of unintentionally, but they are no joke. One of the best metal bands around. Edit: your reactions are great though lol, can tell your really into the music and the groove of it
@@skyTT31 oh lol it’s atilla…. Well the riffs are cool that’s all I’ll say 😂 no judgement though fucking blast what you like! And meshuggah is dope, I was going to recommend some album from them but honestly I would just list all their albums since 95 lol
@@skyTT31 catch 33 by meshuggah is really cool because it’s a full album like 13 tracks or so but technically it’s one long song, but broken up into separate tracks. The I ep before it is the same concept but half as long and one track since it’s an ep. Obzen, Nothing, chaosphere, destroy erase improve, and their most recent few albums all are great fucking. They all rip.
"I love me some grooves." - Me, too. That is why I love this band and your reaction. :)
Lyrically speaking... This has no match.. You can litterally picture a diety spitting this at you.. Amazing writing..
2:50 that part is so fucking heavy and brutal, want more of it!
Absolutely!
I'm fucking blown away at the fact you're nailing that tempo.
And it's about time someone did this song! Fuck yeah, man. Props all day
Nice reaction man! "Violent Sleep Of Reason" has some crazy polyrythmic grooves that I know you would like by them.
that song is insane. took me forever to find out that the first half is a syncopated version of the second half. never heard of a song written like that
'Do Not Look Down' & 'Marrow' from this album or 'Ligature Marks' from their latest is what you need to listen to.
MARROW!! You should also check out Eloy Casagrandes drum cover of that song. Its Insane how technical that song is
God how I love this Meshuggah track.

One of my most favourite Meshuggah songs. Great reaction.

Great reaction bro. Hail Meshuggah!
Legendary song. The Faultless from the latest album has the filthiest riff I’ve heard in my entire life! Highly recommend!
