With pushups I find once I became good at doing regular pushups "50 x 3" or 100 straight I would do different types of pushups..... 25 regular - 25 diamond. 25 diamond 25 hand waist pushups. Targeting different parts of the chest. It helped heaps. The hand waist pushups really target the nipple area but if you cant do say 50 regular pushups in one go then you will struggle to do 8 hand waist pushups. Like you said. 3 positions Bench Press with dumbells. Flat, slanted, decline. Cable crossover. On days I can not get a good workout I do push. Also, deadlift, squats, leg extension and cardio.

I’m a vegetarian and I been losing weight and doing pushups and dips but my chest getting smaller but still there
Great!! Keep at it and make sure you’re adding more resistance over time
