Just saw someone on a CC page say CSR losing PP restaurant benefit July 1. It was in his statement history. If true, CSR getting downgraded to CSP unless they add something else to offset that’s actually worth something
@@bridgethings4225 YES they have restaurants, but it's limited like the visits, not sure off the top of my head if it's 8 like the visits but I know it's limited.
Is a 1.5x minimum redemption in the portal earning 1.5x (CSR) on spend not the same as 1x minimum redemption in the portal while earning 2x on spend (Venture X)?
Vx x2 earning power is flat point value of 2 points. Use your csr with the Unlimited you get at least 2.25. Worst case. And every other catogory chase also exceeds the x2 of the vx. The vx has point redemption value of a freedom card
Helpful tip: I just stayed at Alila Napa Valley and ate at the onsite restaurant Acacia House and since I was staying there, I was able to charge it to the room. This counts as qualifying spend and allowed me to get hyatt points and also chase points from paying the hotel bill.
Got a 80K mail flyer for prefered, almost threw it away but went ahead and applied/got it/$15K limit. The limit was kinda lame, but I will take the 80K points for 🛩air/hotel 🏨 beach🏖🏖 bike🛵🛵 week for the fall.🏖✈🏖
government regulations elsewhere outside US doesn't allow for very high credit card fees hence lack of rewards programs. and less credit card use or ppls carrying credit card debt
If you have a Kroger, Publix, HEB, or Meijer near you the CSP is actually a decent alternative for the Gold. You’ll have to use each stores app to pay and you’ll only get 3x on groceries and dining but for some it’s a good alternative. Especially if you don’t enjoy the Gold credits.

@@tylerbroek I like the Chase ecosystem for economy domestic flights. CSR or CSP combined with a Chase Ink card is really great for earning and good redeeming.
Bruh... Chase just cut PP resturants from the CSR right as i posted this
At this point is there any card that has it?
@@boyitsameritz card and USBAR
That stinks, but I'm not surprised.
The ritz Carlton card is losing it as well unfortunately
@@boyitsameI think VX Biz as well still

does the USBAR have the PP restaurant benefit? I know it has 8 visits but idk if that's just for lounges or also restaurants
@@bridgethings4225 from what I’ve heard from people who have it you can use it at PP restaurants
@@bridgethings4225restaurants are included from my knowledge

@@bridgethings4225 Yes, it still has it. For now.
They unfortunately JUST announced that they’re discontinuing the priority pass restaurant perk of the CSR
Yep, here comes the changes
Does primary cdw apply when you book a rental through the portal or can you walk into a rental car branch and have it apply in branch?

Jake can you make a video giving your opinions/impressions of the newly released robinhood gold card
Just made one 30 seconds ago!

I wanted to do an Amex trifecta but it looks like the Gold Card isnt worth it.
This dude is hilarious. This has to be a parody account or he is just normal.

have you seen the new robinhood card? 3x back, 3% IRA match. could be worth a video

Lets goooo, Epic credit card moment
Glad I was able to get the $56 resto credit for me and a pal when I did. Still, it's not a game changer for me.
Not a game changer at all, the regular lounges are way better anyway haha!
Is Bilt worth it if I don't pay rent? I might be paying rent for my college daughter in another year.
Bilt is the only card besides Chase that transfers to Hyatt. That alone is pretty good
Just did a product change last night to the Sapphire Reserve. I'll use the $300 within a few month.
Thats awesome!
I thought u can only have one sapphire card at a time?
It is possible, look up “modified double dip CSR”
Card lineup is solid but missing the Luxury Gold Card. Not one of the cards you mentioned is made out of real gold
Ikr, gotta have the heaviest of the hitters in the club if were talkin travel
Luxury Gold card is inferior to the Amex Platinum card, Barclays knows how to sell bs to folks and some fall for it.
How did you establish relationship with US Bank for the altitude reserve later? Since I’m in NYC too
Used my parents address in WA state. It worked but only since its on my credit report still.
U dont need a relationship any more
Bro Europe credit card are bullsh..t 😩😩😩 we dont get much benefits like American Credit card .. all the card here in France is rubbish 😩😩😩😩😩😩
What about European Big Banks? Dont they have boss credit cards?

EU caps swipe fees that's why
That sucks man, haha prolly keeps the prices lower tho which is nice
They need to make a credit card for people to pay their car notes with and earn points that way.
Pay a loan with a loan, perfect!
Look up "Plastiq" they charge a fee for this but its good for SUBS
@@jakemercure thanks !
Csr and csp is why I’m considering closing my gold card

Which business CC would you suggest for travel rewards?
Chase Ink Cash! no annual fee, great welcome offer, lots of value in point redemptions
