    Stu really is a fantastic craftsman. I have never met someone who pays the attention he does. His passion is untouchable and his willingness to get it right for my clients is admirable. The only person I would trust to detail our 918’s that’s why we call him the wizard.

    2:22 looks like they used brillo pads there! Also, the more I see cool cars being wrapped the more I love paint. Even when the wrap is in perfect condition it never comes close to the quality of perfect paint in clarity and depth.

    • @jamesbaggaley1460
      @jamesbaggaley1460 6 років тому +1

      RB Detailing Yep. The amount of bullshit in this industry is astounding. People will believe that ceramic coatings will make your paint indestructible. Plus £100 for two or three applications ain't that great. Must be the most expensive liquid in the world for £100 per 10ml

  • @HalfdeadRider

    If you love your car never use a car wash, doing it yourself it better, even more so if you know how to prevent scratches/swirls.

    • @CinemaUnited
      @CinemaUnited 6 років тому +3

      Halfdead Rider Yes but doing it yourself is really bad for the nature. So it's better to protect the paint so you can go to a car wash.

    • @thomasbailey4139
      @thomasbailey4139 6 років тому +12

      CinemaUnited lol what

    • @rutger208
      @rutger208 6 років тому +7

      By washing yourself you use more water and the solvents etc. go into the ground. A car wash is limited by regulations to a certain amount of water and needs to discard of the used water the right way. That's why CinemaUnited probably stated that it's really bad for the nature.

    • @thomasbailey4139
      @thomasbailey4139 6 років тому +1

      Rutger Vlaar it'll be fine lol. Over use would be bad but in moderation you're not hurting anything

    • @CinemaUnited
      @CinemaUnited 6 років тому +2

      Thomas Bailey It isn't fine. Your poisining the ground like some farmers do. The big car washes for example in Germany and Belgium make sure nothing goes into the ground and recycle and clean water to reuse it.

      Randy Lim ppf is different to ceramic coating. Ppf is a thick clear film and is thicker than wrap film. Ppf is tougher than wraps and was invented by the us army to protect eg helicopter blades from shrapnel in the Vietnam war, car ppf is thinner though
