Really, a looot of dialogues, analogies and even straight up reveals completely fly over your head, especially during s1 & s2 (which particularly got so much better on rewatch... was previously my least fav one simply because of the confusion amidst the new characters and slow plot-buildup)

These videos are vital. Remember, how do we know if what we're seeing in season 4 is actually the legit plot. I love how towards the end of this particular season, the plot was flipped onto our heads. It was one of the most mind fucking moments in TV.

Having read Elliot's journal, it's jarring how much more certain Elliot sounds with voiceover. In his journal he seems to be barley holding it together at times
I have a shizophrenic friend. She hallucinates all the time, but is aware of what is hallucination and what is not. One night while talking to her in chat, she said, "hang on, I just saw something, gotta make sure it's not real" Then she came back and laughing, said that it was a hallucination, and described the guy walking around her apartment. And then she said, "haha, oh wow, he just shot me. I hate my brain sometimes." O_O She could only handle social situations if she took acid, which - get this - stopped her schizophrenic hallucinations completely, even though she was tripping like anybody else does. And she is smart, and a good mother. Pshrinks wanted to study her, to figure out how she'd gotten a grip on her hallucinations and divergence but she refused.
I like to review this piece after the whole series. There is a sad irony in this, the way the second season begins - before this scene, we are literally shown a moment from the past (with a window) when Elliot created a part of himself - Mr. Robot, so that he would help him for the first time, and then the camera goes to the present - into Elliot's notebook (which at this moment represents him the created part is a Mastermind) with which he defends himself from Mr. Robot (isolates himself from him). It's also a metaphor for how something that helped us before, we forget and reject after a while (especially when we become other Elliot/Mastermind)
Best TV drama series I had ever seen hands down! Where I realized Rami Malek was my favorite actor! And if it wasn't for this show, I would have never known who Joey Bada$$ (Leon) was! Which turned me on to a whole new wave of (better) hip-hop, for me! Mr. Robot will always have a special place in my heart!
I like how detailed this show is, when Elliot is shot and lifts himself up, you can she some darkness on his skin around the entry point. This is the hot gases which contain unburned/residual gunpowder.
The fact that Leon is willing to hang with someone as distant as Elliot instead of a girlfriend or what not really shows how good of a friend he is. Dang, respect bro.

The bit before this section made me go "oh no, what are they doing?", then this scene kicked in and I was like "oh, they still got the sauce"... One of the first opening scenes to a season ever I think
Absolutely love this show, its direction, music, scenes, actors, everything. Genuinely a masterpiece and I wish it was more respected and widely loved, because I don’t think a show has or will come close to how amazing this show was. I think season 4 did take a slight dip in quality but ended extremely strong. Just a very beautiful story. Can’t stress how much I love this show
