well in this case, gta games are not new enough to make use of more cache that x3d processors offer. only difference maker would be single-core performance, which intel is better at. so in this case, intel is the better gaming processor. probably an 7700x would outperform 7800x3d playing gta v.

FPS always depends on the engine. I don't entirely know why but from my experience, it has to do with the physics engine being used and what you call "delta time" in game engines (the amount of time that has elapsed since the previous frame)

Yes, GTA 5 is certainly optimized clearly better than GTA 4. It looks like Rockstar didn’t try very hard to optimize the four, as a result, this is one of the reasons why the four are not as popular on PC as other GTA series. Although the game is great!

my ryzen 9 3900xt @ 4.875gghz all 12 coree with 4400mhz ddr4 and ram timing tune a ttian xp at 1440p max all i get 160s in gta 5 and holds. gta5 really loves ram timing and tune and you should relly test gta online its much more cpu heavy

As someone who owns a 7800x3d and my friend the i9 13900k the ryzen is a lot better than his by around 20% specially when playing GTA online which is very cpu intensive and also a game that benefits from the extra cache

That active gta5 watermark is just not talked abount enough💀
It says activate gta, not active. That watermark appears when you have an unlicensed copy of Windows (it says "Activate Windows, Go to settings to activate Windows"), but this one in the video is just edited in, because there is no way to get that watermark without modding your gta.
