RECIPE (5-6 servings, 10min prep time):
    -1 cucumber
    -1/2 pointed cabbage
    Finely dice everything
    Dressing:
    -1 bunch parsley
    -1-2 cloves garlic
    -3 Tbsp olive oil
-1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
    -1 lemon, juiced
-salt and chili flakes to taste
-a handful nuts (I used cashews)
    -a little water to thin
    Blend until creamy.
Mix with the veggies and I served it with pita chips.

And of course, not everyone is like this but I am instantly turned off by that, having the knowledge that it was green last night... I think I'll try to just mash the avocado and only add it to the salad when I'm about to eat it though, maybe that will work!

My grandmas special salad will probably always be my favorite. You build a romaine based salad with green onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives if you like (I don’t). Top with fresh croutons and then a vinaigrette of ground mustard seed, fresh Parmesan, tons of garlic, fresh lemon juice, and a very light oil so it doesn’t add much flavor that takes away from it. It’s so good. Very light and weird like it has both tons of flavor and very little flavor. Hard to explain.
