Yes, thank you! There are clips attached to the car that can secure the platform down. I wanted to make sure I’m able to take it out and put the back seats in without any damage to the vehicle.
I've had decent luck with mesh sunshades. They go on by opening the door and sliding them down so that it's covering both the inside and outside. You can open and close the door and window freely. Might just need some magnets to close up the bottom to the outside bodywork so no bugs get in.
Maybe think about selling Pre-made kits. Wood,rulers,drills,screws and me is NOT a good combo. I would throw away what I build and sleep on the damn ground. !!!

I think it’s one that you just twist to extend, so it pushes against the walls to stay up.
