@@Wholelatteplans I just received confirmation from someone who bought one of these from this year's SF Pen Show that this is indeed the PM1 Lite, so Leonardo had not only showed a different pen in their listing but have also mislabeled this PM1 😂 Apparently Jonathan Brooks is no longer pouring the original PM1 and it has now been replaced with this version 😊
@@aquamarine18 That ink makes me want to use broader and wetter nibs to show off the green in the magenta! By the way have you been using the Tomoe River Paper or Hobinichi? I have been absent from the hobby this year so haven’t used fountain pens in any of this year’s paper. Until this morning. I didn’t like it 😕
If I keep it on that one spot and one angle it is satisfactory 😊 The only upside to the 2024 Hobonichi paper which I feel the coating is too much so you do not feel the paper on your nib, is that this nib does not snag as much on it! Thanks for watching!
I had a Monetgrappa pen with a nib like that. Was an incredible writing experience when you were in the angle 'zone' but finding it regularly was a hassle. Pens that pricey shouldn't have these kinds of issues. I have that Pelikan ink. So pretty!
UPDATE: I tried this nib on Hobonichi 2024 paper. I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW TOMOE RIVER PAPER 😖 It is like writing on plastic 💀
This pen is stunnnning!!!
@@Wholelatteplans Heeeey. Do you think this is PM1 Lite? I mean it looks like yours right….?? 🤩
Mine is definitely not translucent but the coloring does look very similar to mine and other pm lites i have seen!!

Beautiful pen! I have Manyo Akebi in one of my TWSBI pens now - a friend sent me a sample and it's fantastic.

Very pretty pen. I hope you resolve the issues with the nib. Thanks for sharing

@@psychedianic I know. I am a little disappointed and won’t buy another Leonardo for bit. I have so many of them anyway.
