coming from CNC for metal working these machines are meeting the same standards as 2015 machines, which for apparel industry is pretty impressive! the Automation of work flow is cool to see right as i am starting this field of embroidery. Cant wait to find more business' that will want shirt orders so I can fun my first multineedle to get my feet going faster. Too bad my area is filled with dtf and screen printing so my only other option is DTF but thats quite the jump lol!

What convention was this? I was trying to see if it was named.
This was Impressions Expo in Long Beach California.

Cash out 25k and change. Financed around 28-30k depending on your credit.
I thought Ricoma would’ve built their own DTF Printer. This looks a lot like one from China…like how DTF Superstore buys from China and makes it their own. I’m looking to find an American made one for many reasons. However, I am torn about buying an American made one vs a China made one because of these bigger companies are buying them overseas, I might as well and figure things out on my own.
For now, I’m stuck with 2 mclaud/narohoshi converted 7890s. I say stuck because I’ve had to literally figure/resolve out every issue out on my own. I’ve even had mclaud tech tell me that one issue was a “phenomenon” because they are aware of the issue but they themselves can’t understand the issue 🤦🏻♀️.
The only person that I have seen actually is genuine and knowledgeable on DTF machines is Jose from KingdomDTF. I wish he was big enough to create these bigger machines and I wish he had the staff to manage a bigger organization because he is great.
I understand what you mean. Makes sense but Ricoma is a Chinese company. They are one of the only companies that have their own manufacturing facility. But yea these machines generally all look like cousins. Lol
@@adubbproductions I did not know they where from China. So they actually have warehouses here? That might help me with my decision! Did you get pricing for these machines? Do they hike the price up since it’s in America? Seems like companies buy the chinese made ones and double to triple the price here.
Chinese printer with ricoma brand
Ricoma IS a Chinese company. Ofcorse its a Chinese printer. All these printers are made in China. Ricoma is one of the only companies in garment decorating that own their own manufacturing facility. In China. The majority of the products we use on a day to day basis are Chinese. When we couldn’t get Chinese micro chips for our cars manufacturers couldn’t produce new cars and it drove the used car mark up. Our country relies on Chinese products. We would be in a terrible predicament without them.

It’s widely understood and accepted that these printers are designed and manufactured in China. The problem is with these salesmen promoting these products as if it’s their own proprietary design and software, when the same printer is being rebranded by 10 other companies!!! It’s not a knock against you or your channel, it’s your job to present these items to your viewers and that’s it. Another problem is these american companies are creating a resale market for themselves as if people are dumb and don’t talk on forums and other platforms. For as much as I need to upgrade my DTF printer, I think I will wait for Epson to design and market their own DTF printer with a better printhead to combat the white ink clogging issue.

No , do not buy any product from ricoma esp printer --- team support sucks . Sells end thats the end too . They do not care about the customers. Once they get the money thats it -- you are on your own .
That’s no true. I’ve called them with an issue on Saturday and got a call back the same day. Your experience is valid but so is mine. They have the best customer support in my opinion and they also had videos showing how to fix most problems on most of their machines online. I always get a response back in a reasonable time. Name one company that sells this stuff that has more problem solving videos online than Ricoma. I’ll wait right here for a response to this question.
