@JuicyJake Repairs The most difficult part is removing the cables for the top screen and re feeding them through for the re shell. Maybe your the one who will find an easier way to do it :) I think retrofuture had a video doing a reshell. Might be worth having a look at it.
The original 3DS was surprisingly slow and sluggish. It was made a lot faster with the "New" 3DS consoles, so in comparison, the original will seem really slow.
is the 3DS console sluggish to use? i dont remember

Nice. And a really decent price too. Good work 👍
thanks!
Firmware version 3.0.0 dates in 2012 I believe. It's been a decade no one has updated this 3DS.
yikes, well its up to date now!
With some demanding 3DS titles like Monster Hunter 4, Pokemon, and Smash, the old 3ds models need to restart to close the game.
thats nice haha
Finally someone that actually uses gloves when dealing with gross used systems!
Good content man keep up the good work 👌
I think you should sell it as is. Shell swaps on these are a nightmare. Plus the shells that are out there are really not good quality.
what makes them so difficult? to be honest ive never seen or done one haha

The original solder is so sparse on the charging port, I almost wonder if it has already been replaced once.
i couldnt see any signs of rework, so i think this just came out the factory as such
Do you happen to do business inquires for N3DS repairs?
