You made my day, thank you very much ❤ And thank you that you pointed that nav1 is connected to digital HSI and nav2 to the analogic CDI VOR ¿am I right is like that? My cessna at my school has the same configuration and I always got messed up when trying to use VOR because I don't know which instrument is connected to which nav....
Yes, I believe that is true. Mine was installed by a Garmin dealer, but Garmin supplies a kit that an A&P can install. The one tricky part can be the location of the magnetometer. Make sure you do a careful survey of the location. We initially placed it in the left-wing and the bolt for the wing strut interfered ONLY when the aircraft went above 3000'. So for initial tests, it seemed like it was working.
Very nice explanation

I understand these can be installed by your A&P? You don't need to use a Garmin dealer?

Can they tolerate aerobatic Gs? 10G?
I do not know, but I imagine so. They use a laser gyro which is not supposed to be sensitive to maneuvers.

Does the manual say anything about it?

Try using a pointer or a pen or pencil instead of your fingers for pointing.
