- Hi friends, so, this video is not in order from the last. This was supposed to be the first video when I came back from my trip. I had to fix some of the sound, so please excuse the sound in some parts.
I was in Iran for several weeks and had a wonderful time. In this video, I show you how to make an Iranian street food that is loved by many, but not everyone. The dish is called Del Jigar Gholve which is heart, liver & kidney kabob. You can make this from lamb or beef, traditionally it is made with lamb.
I also get to show off the new grill that I brought back with me :)
See you soon everyone!

Loved watching the video I was in shomal 10 years ago driving from Tehran then back down to damavand to spend time in the mountains.. the clean air mixed with grilled meat smoke is unforgettable
❤️
For me thank you 😁😊😍👍
Your videos of Iran were beautiful, thank you for sharing.
such a nice grill Yousef! Glad you had time to spend with family in Iran
I love it when you share videos of Iran .
It’s amazing to see your country through your eyes.
Your cooking is basic and easy to follow. That’s the best part of watching your channel is simplicity that requires everyday household ingredients and results comes out looking restaurant style great tasting
Keep up the good work 👍
Great video love it
Looks fantastic Yousef. Will definitely make this soon
I love all things organ meat! A street food in Sicily in a spleen sandwich, and a place near me in Brooklyn does it! I'm fortunate living in NYC that I have access to great groceries & restaurants so I can always explore! This looks amazing!
Oh wow, that looks soooo delicious! And I really like your new grill too!
I love your videos Yousef! I am always hungry after watching them :D

Thank you 🙏🏽
Happy Eid!
Thank you!
Looks so yummy! I cant wait to make this. Not many persian restaurants in Louisiana haha
Were you able to find a shop with lamb heart/liver/kidney for sale in Louisiana? It's common to see pork/beef/alligator/duck/seafood/poultry/cajun items but haven't seen lamb too often.
@@UnholySeoul nope! lamb is not a popular meat here, mostly seafood
🤗🤗🤗🤗
☺️
I love you yousef
💚💚
Hi. What kind of grill are you using?
Hello from cyprus my name is George I was wondering if you can tell me price of the grill it looks amazing thank you and good luck
Hi yousef! I love your videos, And the video from Iran brought me right back to my childhood. I had a question to you or anybody else reading this comment: what is that manghal called? My current BBQ doesn't do the job for Persian cooking and I would like to purchase one like in this video.
This is a gas grill for kabob. It’s very hard to find outside of Iran and I had to make my own when my old one broke. You can find mangals all over tho but it’s a little to inconvenient for me.
@@CookingWithYousef Thank you for responding! You are right, I'm trying to find that here in Canada but so far no luck. I will have to settle for a charcoal manghal. Thank you for the wonderful videos and your cooking wisdom
What did you have to do to bring the large grill back with you? Curious of the logistics.
It was not easy 😊. I put the pieces in several different suitcases
