Are these things same for Graz or every part of Austria bcoz Vienna is like Berlin where people and culture is more open then other cities!! But in smaller cities things could be a bit different.
Yes it might vary a bit on the city but i dont think it’ll be much of a difference

What is the difference between the resistance permit you get from the Austria embassy Islamabad and the residence permit in Austria??
When you are in your homecountry they stamp your passport and when you arrive in austria they give you visa card.
@kindoriugs1009In our country we apply for residence permit and after they approve for residence permit we will send our passport by vfs and they stamp our visa and send our passport back and we get visa card after we arrive in austria.

I am sooo curious about this proof of funds. When you arrive in Austria, are you going to submit your proof of funds again? And are you required to transfer all of your funds from your home country's bank to an Austrian bank? Also, if they ask for proof of funds again, how are you going to show it? Just the bank statement from your country is enough or you really need to show them your online banking of that account where the fund is?

Yes for most universities English proficiency letter is fine

Residence permit is visa card and e-card is insurance card.
