@@ATouchySubject what about peoples like me with a d4 d5 cord injury in 2001 , i can't feel the pressure for example so is it safe to try? usually i take rabestrom but that shit it's so damn bitter but it's the only drug that has effect on me ( i have 2m of intestine) so i got absorption problems... and more than all can this help solve ed? ( i have to also say that i naturally have erection if i get stimulated , touched ) some other times i can have sex without even rabestrom... that's why i'm curious about this pump maybe it can help me?

I just want to have sexual intercorse with my partner who I love dearly but I am in constant fear of not being able to get hard enough for sex because of a past sexual experience that didn’t go great. Using the constriction ring keeps the erection good but can you confirm if the constriction ring blocks the semen as it blocks all the blood vessels..? or one can ejaculate even if he had applied the constriction ring..?

Great question Aakash, it is possible to ejaculate with the ring on however there will likely be less ejaculate than usual
