Thanks young Man. I have my starter replacement halfway done. I'm in no huge hurry to fix it and it got dark. I had an aftermarket starter on my shelf, agreed, the price is crazy lower! I'll take the original to the shop for a rebuild and to have a spare. Anyway your video is appreciated and it would be very useful to those who might need a helping hand. Just replaced my starter using a $107 starter from Amazon. My Kubota dealer quoted me $433 for a factory starter!The newer Kubota 1100 has two metal plates to keep you from touching the exhaust. Remove them. Makes getting to the starter much easier. When installing. Put the fuse connector and the side connector on before you put the mounting bolts in. Keeps it anchored to allow you to put it in place easier. It’s much easier with two people doing the job.

all you have to do is change the contacts and the plunger...easy to do and alot cheaper

Not even close how do you get the starter out of an RTV 400 CI Kabota Wade tighter than the one they show here

left it off on the side because the other starter has two other breather vents

@@SmallFarmGuys its different. Thanks....did it ...didnt take long...turns out it was the soldend wire...had a short....wasnt giving enough volts...
