These sound like great tips! I saw a TED talk on body language recently that explained just how much your posture affects your confidence during interviews and other stressful situations. By assuming a more "confident" posture (e.g. sitting straight), you increase your actual confidence level. Faking it until you make it actually does work. It is the TED talk by Amy Cuddy.
Hey Mr. Thain, What if I'm applying for a teaching job for the first time? This will be my first experience interviewing for a teaching job. What do you recommend I take to the interview?

Mimic part, it is called mirroring. Quite difficult to do it.
What if the principal asks me what would I do if a older student doesnt listen?
Mr. Thain, would you ever consider teaching middle school? Or anything besides Kindergarten? What do you like about Kindergarten?
I always seem to interview for teacher pools, so it is difficult to find exact data on a particular school. Any advise?
The Will Smith killed me! ;-D
Great information! Thanks!
+V Jules no problem!
Great advice! I especially liked the suggestion about data! I'll keep that in mind for when I'm on the hunt for a teaching job in 1.5 years!
