The miners from here have sustained the mine of the mineral sales not commercial minerals but have struggled due to poor exposure. A lot of the money also comes from massive sales of fluorescent ore like the recent 100tons of ore purchase from the guy in Las Vegas
Why is everyone so fat? real question, if you guys are mining, do ya'll bring like 20 cheeseburgers with you? I was surprised how many of you actually fit in the shaft.

My STARS those are some gorgeous specimens!!!! Not only fiery, not only glittery, but absolutely iridescent! Perfection! But there's no WAY I could go that deep down in the earth. I give you a lot of credit. I don't tend to have claustrophobia, but going deep into the earth like that would make me very nervous! Thanks for sharing this! I am still gobsmacked at how gorgeous these are!

Your videos make an old rockhounds dreams come true! My knees are worn out or I would be right there digging with you. Wish I had visited these places when I was younger and could walk and climb all day, but didn't have the time then. Now that I have plenty of time on my hands, I don't have the money and no one else understands my love of digging in the dirt and collecting rocks so would have to go alone. Some of those pieces are worthy of putting on a rotating mirror stand with spotlights. Would shine like a disco ball ✨ I can't wait to see the Wulfenite video. I have always wanted to get myself a large Wulfenite tab crystal on matrix, but I've never had a good opportunity to get one.

We had a blast at north geronimo on the first day you descended into the mine. It looks like that one pocket with the big chunk was the one I was in. Loving that flame effect from the dude perfect pocket though. Had an even better time chatting on South geronimo with my wife. We need to meet up again someday and share some more tales while unearthing gems. Hope the entire trip was a blast!
You really shouldn't have claustrophobia. Because the reward of courage is shown here in the video. Now that it's winter, when everything is frozen in my Erzgebirge mountains, I'll probably go underground.

You just authenticated your Southern heritage by saying you went 100 FOOT underground. Not 100 feet. A true Southerner says foot regardless of the number. I grew up near Raleigh when we got 2 "feet" of snow in the 90s. Everyone to this day still says "'Member when we got 2 foot of snow back in '99?". Love your videos Bryan. Vanadinite is one of my favorite crystals. This was a real treat!
Wow Brian those are some pretty nice crystals can’t wait for the weather to change so we can get back out and do a few things but the cold weather just hit here so so it’s gonna be a while I live in Massachusetts so being out in the cold is not the best time for me

There has been some rumors that at Red Cloud you can't keep anything bigger than 8mm? Is there any truth to this, cause I really want to get out here and dig, however I'm not paying them for my labor. :)
If you come across a world class piece you can purchase it from them for an insanely good price but they can't afford to let those go for free at the low price they charge to mine. They are very generous though and will let you keep anything as long as it's not the very best stuff, but even then will be generous with selling it since you found it. I think it's very worth it to go and a group of fun people.
If you keep it, you find it, but if you tap into a pocket, I think they do something like that if you’re digging in the pocket system, but that’s for the Wulfenite
