If you're talking about competing, I would just pick the spike that's most comfortable and made for your event. If you're talking about training, I would also say a similar thing, but also make sure it has decent cushion on the heel for jump training, and fits your foot snug so there isn't much sliding/moving around when doing sprint/jump training. I really like the reebok floatride energy series, and also the Adidas Adios series. But there are LOTS of really good training shoes. And I think it's important that they feel good to you. Don't just pick a shoe because it's recommended or because lots of people are using it. For example, a ton of people use the Nike Air Zoom Elite Long Jump spike, but I tried them on, and it was the worst feeling spike I've ever put on. It was super crampy in the toes, and it felt like it curved inwards. It was super uncomfortable, so even though I liked how they looked, and a lot of professionals were using them, I chose to go with a different brand because the Nike ones felt terrible to me. Hope that's helpful!
I’m wearing the “Adidas Adizero Adios 7” running shoes. I’ve really enjoyed them so far. I train in them often. You can definitely use them for sprint training as well. I wouldn’t recommend training in spikes though at every practice. Unless it’s for a short period or a specific drill or testing maybe. Hope that helps. 👍
Sir can you please tell me how to improve my long jump height to take maximum distance

What shoes do you recommend for sprinting and jumping in

@@hopsquad not competing just training in my backyard
What shoes are you wearing? Could they be used for sprinting? Because I have spikes but I also heard it’s not good to use it every time for practice.

@@hopsquad Which one would you say is better for sprinting or just overall. The adios 8 or 7?
I haven’t tried the 8’s so I can’t say.
