Russell continues to bully Sandra and saying mean things to her after the show is over. Which is why she hates him so much. Fairplay and Sandra does not get along well because they don't share the same views. They had a "difference of opinion". Russell was just being a bully, that is 2 different thing.
Faireplay is way nicer and likable than Russel, that's why
